Locked me out 4 minutes before closing time, tills were already down. No chance to get what I need to finish my project before the tenant moves in tomorrow morning. Great job!! Therefore, that I buy here every day, and leave many hundred Dollars every month, I wouldn't have expected to be treated like that.

Customer service was below standard. I was looking for supply samples for my kitchen renovation. Sales associate seemed to be too busy on the computer at her desk .I felt I was disturbing her. When I had asked her where another kitchen reno supply was she wasn't specific but just pointed in a general direction. When I worked retail I would accompany the customer to the aisle they were wanting.Instead I had to ask another associate for help this time.Thanks to him for his assistance.

I have shopped here before, always had good luck and service....went there today,and was shocked by a rude,unhelpful person behind the service desk,I'm not sure what his name was...I walked out and went elsewhere....I have no problem shopping there again,but I will definitely avoid this person...what a terrible person to have representing an otherwise good business
