Fix Factory Canada (Mail-in Only)

I originally sent an iPad from Vancouver to Fix Factory in Calgary to have the home button repaired. Through Fix Factory, a third party courier company picked up the device directly from my home.The repair was completed quickly, however, the courier company inexplicably sent the device to Toronto…and when it finally arrived a week later than expected, the previously undamaged screen was broken/cracked.When I contacted Fix Factory, they were extremely responsive. They immediately stated their intent to repair the cracked screen with no additional charge and began a damage claim against the courier company.I was very impressed with the level of courtesy and customer service that was provided, and felt that my personalized needs and situation were thoroughly addressed.The repair work itself was reasonably priced and professionally done. I would definitely recommend Fix Factory for electronic device repairs.
