Ray and the rest of the Service Department were fantastic! I had a breakdown late in the day on a non-GM vehicle while in the area and they were able to get my truck diagnosed in short order. They did not have parts available but were able to find some to order in, and set me up with a hassle-free loaner vehicle in the meantime.

Took our 2022 yukon AT4 in for an oil change that we bought from them. Took it home after the oil change which we live 45 minutes away and the low oil light went on. Checked the dipstick and there was no oil on it at all. Called them and they came and picked it up. They said they did an inspection on it and said there was no leaks and just was low a liter of oil which i do not trust them to begin with now. They did not offer any compensation for extra engine warranty when it was their mechanics fault and I will never do business with them again. Quality of service is not good.

I worked with sales manager, Ryan. He was informative, patient, easy-going, and helpful. I came in looking for a different model and he found an even better fit for me. His communication was great and would reply to my text questions in a timely manner, even after hours. When in the dealership, all staff was friendly and welcoming. I also worked with Darren. He was thorough with the finance material and made the document process seamless. I had a very positive experience with Rosetown Mainline and they have treated my family well for years.

Our 2015 Jeep Cherokee broke down in Rosetown on our way to Calgary for Christmas. Right from the first phone call to them, we knew we were in good hands.The front reception lady was very friendly and showed us where we could get comfortable while we waited. Thankfully it is also dog friendly because we had our fur baby with us for the trip.The guy at the service desk was very friendly and helpful.The manager? was also very hospitable as he came to see if we were ok, offered us drinks and snacks, showed us around the showroom and even let my MIL pick out a Jeep Toque for Christmas (her vehicle and she was stressed)We were happy they were there and made us feel so comfortable in a stressful time.

Looking to upgrade my 2014 gfx James called me back and immediately came in the day after got me and my kids into a great 2018 low km and worked out a great deal and managed to get my old tunnel cover and new side steps transferred over to the new truck and lower payments he exceeded my expectations.
