Canal City Dental

My family and I *4 people* have been going to Canal City Dental for years now. I don't usually leave reviews but I feel like I need to about them. They are exceptional people. Like a family. Every time I go in its all friendly faces. Everyone is super nice and we laugh together. They have been watching my children grow and I love how its always the same people working, that alone says alot about an employer. The new office is beautiful *love the chairs in the waiting room* and your all super nice. :) Keep up the great work and keep Smiling! :)

I just had one of the best dental visits I've ever had here. Just moved to the Niagara area this spring and I chipped a tooth Monday night. By Tuesday at noon I had an appointment scheduled for that Thursday (today). Never been here prior to today, and was greeted and treated like I've been going there my whole life. Chairs in the waiting room are super comfy and the front desk staff is just amazing, helped me with my insurance issues and answered all my questions. My hygienist (Rodi) made me smile *no pun intended*, she made all the uncomfortable xraying procedures super easy and actually kinda fun with her jokes. The way she went about giving me cleaning instructions and just general oral health information was very good, she was patient and explained things very well. The dentist himself was amazing, explained the procedures and next steps for me very well. I'm already looking forward to my next appointment.

Every single time myself, my husband or our daughter visit Canal City Dental the first thing we are met with is those smiling happy faces behind the reception desk. Our Dental hygienist goes above and beyond for us. And the office manager Kelly is amazing friendly always there to help her staff and also the patients. My family absolutely loves everyone . Thank you everyone for treating my family as you would your own family xo

The staff here listen to your needs and make sure you understand all treatments suggested. I feel very welcomed every time I come into this office! I was nervous for my cleaning but Rodica is amazing and made the experience much better <3

Never have I ever went to a dentist without feeling so welcome. I have always been so nervous. The staff is welcoming , and got me back to trusting a dentist again. Thank you so much for taking care of me.

Went to get my wisdom teeth removed and the dentist told me I should have them all removed at the same time in my first appointment but when I came for my second appointment they had only booked me for enough time to remove one and the dentist froze the WRONG TOOTH so he then removed the top tooth and the bottom tooth on one side then proceeded to ask the dental assistant if he should remove all four because they came out fast and she said “no I want to go home”. As terrible as that experience was the woman working at the desk was very nice and did all she could to help with the cost.

As a single mom with three kids, I lack time... and money! lol. I find the staff at Canal City Dental super amazing. I have high anxiety when it comes to the dentist and they have helped me so many times to not pass that on to my kids. When we walk in, they make the kids feel super comfortable and it gives me peace knowing my kids don't have the same fears I have. I totally owe that to them.The evening and Saturday appointments are a God send, since I work full time and can't miss any work.They have worked with me when it comes to paying also.Wouldn't go anywhere else

Canal City Dental should be your first choice when searching for a comprehensive clinic. The staff and doctor explain in detail each treatment they recommend and I have found the effort and care are paying off for me with improved dental health with white teeth and no stains remaining. Very welcoming every time I go in. Everyone who works there are very friendly and listen to your needs. The dentists there make the experience better, especially Dr. Motruk. Highly recommend coming to this office!
