Due North Mechanical

Due North completed all the plumbing and gas fitting we needed for our first floor renovation. I really appreciated their attention to detail to make our small space as functional as possible. They really care about the work they do and make sure you're satisfied before they're finished. Everything was done in a very timely manner. They were flexible with the other contractors who were working on the house. I cannot recommend these guys enough, rock solid work!

Due North was a pleasure to deal with. I had a sewer back up and had 4 companies take a look at the job. They were the only quote. They communicated well, were prompt and professional. We were happy with their work and had them come back to do some additional mechanical work. I would highly recommend using them.

I had Matt do the plumbing in a bathroom renovation a year ago, and was very happy with his work and price. I just recently had a tenant call to inform me of a leak in her kitchen ceiling which is under the bathroom. I immediately called in Matt to assess the damage and give me a quote to repair any leaking pipes in the bathroom floor or wall. Turns out, there were none... my tenant had overflowed the tub/ shower causing water to leak through the kitchen ceiling ! Now, I'm sure you would agree, that there are quite a few out there that would take advantage of that kind of situation but not Matt. Nowadays it's all about integrity, I absolutely stand behind Matt. He's professional, punctual, honest and reasonably priced. You won't be disappointed.

I have been dealing with a hot water tank issue for 2 years. This tank is used for domestic hot water and to heat my floors. Every 9 months I had to replace the gas valve at a cost of $300. In come Brendan from Due North Mechanical, diagnose the problem in less than an hour, replaces the mixing valve which was the issue, and problem solved. I highly recommend Due North as trusted professionals who are courteous, knowledgeable, who any mechanical needs. Thank you Brendan.
