Mr. Lube + Tires

Wayne was so friendly right from the start. He took time to explain what the different procedures were/why they were important. He gave me the upsell but didn’t overly pressure me (the pressure is why I hate going to do car stuff in the first place). Definitely my best Mr. Lube experience, and I will be back! Thanks Wayne! Give this man a bonus!

I've been going here for my Oil changes for years. I always had good experiences. Techs are helpful friendly. Good experiences with other fluid changes as well.

I visited this branch 3 month ago for oil change .after 2_3 days saw warning message on panel that was showing check the charging system.and in next morning my battery was completely dead.called the mechanic and he said alternator is burned out . The alternator was soaked in fresh oil .i waited for 2 weeks to see if the oil leaked from engine or no .it was dry .i called the branch and ask to talk to manager , for 2-3 weeks they were saying the person that os in charge is not here .he called me after 2 weeks following up , and said camera shows nothing" and i send the mechanic's report to them .they just ignored me .and when i said by this customer service you just lost a customer because im not coming back to mr lube anymore. He said " ITS FINE "tried to contact the head office same thing happened they just tried to ignore me. And never replied to my emails and call .im really sorry for MR LUBE ."

My experience here was alright...This was my first experience at a Mr. Lube & I'm not sure I'd go again.I appreciated their honesty about my tires which was great, letting me know that I needed new ones, & didn't push buying them from them. However the person who was doing my oil change tried to push so many services on me, when I said no thank you & then continued to push services.Overall it got done, went in for one thing & ended up with a lot more being done.

On Tuesday, May 16, I visited Mr. Lube for assistance. I advised them that the night before, I accidentally dropped my engine oil cap inside the hood of the car and wanted to know if they could help me. They had me drive my car in, and he was able to retrieve the cap for me. He didn't charge me for the service, which was a pleasant surprise. He did ask if I would be able to leave a review on my experience, which I was more than happy to do. He was friendly, polite, helpful, and professional. Great job! Thank you again, Mr. Lube!

This is the normal location I go to for oil changes and general care for my vehicle. Service is usually always efficient and no longer than a half hour wait depending on time of day in which I go.Today I received EXCEPTIONAL assistance from their employee Wayne. Todays date is March 30th, 2023 and I went around 1pm. Very cheerful and explained what my vehicle needed in the future. He is normally there when I go for service but today was the first time he assisted me. Great experience I will continue to go back and hopefully I’ll have him to help me again as service was awesome.

I would like to share my experience when I came in for an oil change at Mr. lube at Grand Marshall Dr. location. For context, I go regularly for an oil change at the recommended intervals because I drive often for my job. Today, the mechanics recommended an engine oil flush, which I agreed to because they said the oil was black and dirty. I trust Mr. Lube's statement and bring my vehicle here based on this trust:Mr. Lube

Service was fast and thorough. Emil took the time to explain to me what he was doing and I learned a lot from him about how to properly maintain my engine health and increase the longevity of my vehicle. I recommend this location to my friends and family !

To the store owner,This review is the reference of my recent visit on store (Grand Marshall Road) - June 25, 2023 @02:00 pm.Service - Light bulb replacement (Rear)Issue: After installing the new light bulb, The service providers tried their best to help and install the light a same way it was before but were failed to do so.The rear light is not properly installed and have a slight sharp edge out of shape.Feedback from (Mr Lube?)staff:It is minor thing and this is the only way to install the light nothing much they can do!! (They tried their best to help)Expectations: I understand it is minor issue and things happen, All I am looking for is if there are any issues with the Rear Light Set in the near future, the store must cover all the costs to fix it.Please feel free to reach out to me if you have questions or requires clarification.Gaurav
