Still under development and construction stage.. there is very poor reception for Telus and Bell mobile and internet connection .No city services to collect the waste... roads are not that clean.. it may takes 2 year approx to get complete the full construction.. weekdays exit road to 403 West and East are fully packed by truck and other construction vehicles...
