Stay away... Unprofessional, misleading... you name it.Call them two and a half weeks ago because we need our retaining wall repaired, they advertised it and claimed they can do it.They promised me they're going to send someone in a week to give us an estimate.More than a week and a half pass by, nothing, nobody came, nobody call.When I call back, almost two weeks later, she made excuse that they are short of staff, and nobody can spare half an hour to give us an estimate like they promised.Then she told me that she's going to TRY to send someone in next two weeks.They already wasted 2 weeks of my time, and now she has no shame asking me to wait another 2 weeks if she maybe can send someone out.I know people are busy, but then you let customers know, I'm sorry we are busy.Do not make people wait for weeks..If you're looking for something professional like you should in this type of business, please stay away because they can't even do a simple estimate, it makes me wonder what kind of job they would do even if they came.We were lucky they didn't even show up.

Crystal was prompt and professional from the beginning stage of fully informing us on the different shingle options they offer. We went with a premium shingle which seemed worth it for the little extra money. Her crew are very hard workers, fast and they delivered on exactly what was promised. They were careful with ensuring windows were boarded, the perimeter of my house and my gardens were covered with tarps. They did a really good clean up when they finished the roof. As business owners we take pride in good customer service and would highly recommend MJ Guardian Roofing.
