Purchased balconys and stairs (fiber glass and aluminium) cost me $24,000. Was told I will be okay for 20 years. 6 years after, I noticed cracks on stairs.. Their service is horrible. They would'nt even replace the 2 stairs.. Please.. Don't by anythng from them you will regret it. Contact me if any questions. I'll be glad to share my experience with you.

They are not serious at all , doesn't respect the clients , not honest , promise without any real solution. I sent many emails and many messages to ask them to give me the price and all details , nothing happened , I was waiting furore than 2 weeks.

Extremely satisfied with Balcons Verdun’s services. Not only were they super nice and professionals they did a phenomenal job for the front of our property. Many strangers stopped by while installation and commented on how nice it looked. The price was very fair for the quality of the product. I stronly suggest this place to anybody looking for new stairs and railings. Merci beaucoup pour tout!

Got 2 fiberglass balconies installed on 2 separate floors. They were able to join the new balconies to the existing ones. The cost of the work was as per the estimate and the installation date and time was respected. The clean up of the area was done properly and the communication with the team and head office was efficient. Once the job was completed, a full inspection was done to make sure that we were satisfied.
