I cannot say enough about how supportive Motion was to work with. From emailing with Brianne ahead, to working with the whole staff on arrival, it felt like everyone pitched in to make our experience an incredibly positive one. Living four hours away from my parents, and learning of an unexpected sudden hospital discharge weeks early, Motion came to the rescue with the perfect lift chair and same-day delivery to ensure my Dad had what he needed when he arrived home. It felt like Motion really went the extra mile for my family and it could not be more appreciated. Thank you for everything.

Store just opened I got out of my car and he was at the door waiting for me to come in. I asked if he could fix the brake on my walker and he had it fixed within couple mins. The service was really great

Carrie helped us out during joeys chair needed being replaced after car accident. Her love for her customers is over and above. She brought the chair herself adjusted it to make sure he was comfortable. Everyone at motion has been fantastic. From Claudette to getting me help I needed from Carrie to guys in back making sure Joey had his can in his chair to act as a cup holder that his grandparents made for himThanks for all your love for Joey. This has made this experience very easy and less stress. Love you guys

If I could give a negative rating I would. Kathy fits for wheelchairs and I think she got her degree from a Cracker Jack box. She is rude and has no clue what she is doing as far as wheelchairs. Rest of the staff has always been amazing, especially Bre who helped us pick out the best recliner, but chances of us returning while Kathy works there is slim to non and I would suggest to anybody if you are looking for wheelchairs save yourself the stress and go elsewhere

There has to be something said about “small city hospitality”. We’re greeted by three ladies as we walked in the store, all smiling, all addressing us by our first names; I come to this office once a year for socks, and they remember my name. It’s an inviting atmosphere which is so pleasant to see these days.I highly recommend Motion Chatham. Amazing service and always with a smile. I had a great experience with Motions staff, especially the service technician. I came in with a very old battery charger, expecting to pay for a newer version but ended up with a free one. Totally exceeded my expectations and was very very happy with quick service and nice staff.
