I've the team at Hanlon Well Drilling out to my home over the past few years for a number of projects including plumbing, well pump repairs, & water softener installation.The team has been professional & easy to work with! When I needed them during an emergency, when I was without water, they made my service call a priority!Highly recommend!

Had a leak at my pressure control, and it required replacing. I am a mechanic by trade so the job wasnt difficult. Upon completion, i was unable to get pressure above low cut off limit. I called and they walked me thru a few steps, and voila, back in service. Thanks Chad, great customer service!

The drilling crew that performed the work at our home.Were incredibly knowledgeable, honest and respectful. Which is a rare thing these days.What I found with Hanlon was their professionalism and integrity from the office to the field Techs.Hanlon gave us peace of mind, addressing our concerns and advising us whats best for our water situation.I would highly recommend this professional and experienced outfit. Who has the latest high tech drilling rigs and equipment for your water needs.

Had the well dug in 2017 and it's already empty had a repairman come only to be told there is only 3feet of water in the well and no one at Hanlon cares that I am out of water and can't flush the toilet contractor has been calling them for days with no reply what a mess .

Very unprofessional group. Whoever said they make promises they don't keep is 100% right. Also that they don't care is a very accurate statement. Hey I've been trying to get a quote from them for over a month. The first time I called left a message nobody called me back. I found another driller but he could only do the job in October, November. I would love to get it done now in August. Apparently they are scheduled to do 2 wells across the street from me at the new construction site. How ideal would that be. This time when I called 3 weeks ago a woman answered explained my situation. She said no problem you will get a, quote either Friday or Monday sent to your e-mail. Never happened. I waited another week to call back. Same woman answered phone, she said so sorry you will get an email within the week. Never happened. I waited a week called back told her who I was and still no quote. She said can I put you in hold? Then left me on the line for at least 10 minutes then she or someone else hung up. Of course I called back. She apologized for that and said the person who gives the quotes is here in the office today. You will get the quote shortly. She then confirmed my email address. We'll I wasn't surprised nothing came. Now that I know they sub-contract I understand why there is some positive remarks. They didn't do the work. Trust me do not waste your time, call somebody else.

Very knowledgeable and polite people. Glad I went there to buy what we need for the well system.

The staff were great, very knowledgeable. Anytime i'm experiencing any sort of issue with my water/well this is the one company I can count on. I get what i need and not convinced to buy extra products that are not needed.
