We highly recommend Henderson Total Maintenance! John and his talented team exceeded all of our expectations. We hired John and his team to build a 1000sqft legal secondary unit in our basement. This was a big job that required a complete demolition back to the cement walls. The reconstruct included 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, living room, mechanical room and two bathrooms. They worked with my wife’s design to make it exactly how she wanted the space to look. The project team was always so polite and professional and had a can do attitude toward everything that was thrown at them. The owner, John Henderson was always checking in with the team and making sure things were to our satisfaction. There is so much I could add but the proof is in the pictures. Give them a try, you won’t regret it!

We can't say enough good things about John, Rod, Mark, Brandon, Andy and the rest of the team. We contracted them to renovate/enlarge our garage.There was no guessing with the quote. John took his time and got all the detailed information needed, and made sure everything was going to be in compliance with the building and hydro codes, before giving us a price.The work was completed in a timely manner and within budget.
