I had a great experience at Markham Honda with Mac Tang. I booked two different test drives with two different vehicles and was very patient with me. Mac was very transparent with the price of the vehicle and all major and minor details. Mac is very knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable and confident with the process of getting a car. I went to a couple of different dealerships and Mac was by far, the best sales manager I’ve dealt with. I’d definitely recommend Mac Tang if you’re looking at buying a vehicle!

Yesterday I just got my Honda Civic. Salesperson Jerry was very helpful and polite, my purchase process was pretty smooth and straightforward. Happy with my purchase so far.

Selling based on lies. Sales Girl Janet. At first when I went to buy. I was looking for civic touring. But convinced me to buy lower model, probably delivery was coming faster. Without information what are the differences just mentioned sunroof and adjustable seats. Showing me different model delivered different. There is millage issue in new car as well it consumes lot more then old cars. After taking deposits Janet becomes ignoring and kept me and my family waiting when we went to see her even at delivery waiting was long but after I was told to fill a form which says it took total less then 30 minutes which I wanted to disagree as i waited 2.5 hours. But she hold the car key until I filled it..

Overall good Experience,I got my car delivery on the spot without being waiting for several months. Service is quite good but once I have waited for couple of hours to see the manager.I got what I needed for my car and Finance. Everything was being setup quickly. However, my request to remove life insurance (stated if requested on the Contract) from my contract was/is not been approved. The request was made on 2nd day of buying the car, as life insurance has already been covered in my car insurance. Just a little sad but thank you Danish for getting me a Bomb car :)Kind RegardsYash Luhar

Purchased and had a lease bought out back in October 2022. The service at the time of purchase was good, as well as the availability of the vehicle. The issue comes from the complete failure on the part of the agent and finance teams.I returned a leased vehicle back in October 2022, but the finance teams did not pay back Nissan finance in a timely manner, resulting in 3 additional months to be paid to Nissan Finance. When the lease was supposed to be up in January of 2023, the dealership did not complete the proper forms which ended up affecting my credit and mortgage renewal. My delinquent status was not resolved until May 2023.A cheque was released by Nissan Finance for the 3 additional months I had paid to the dealership at that time to the dealership, but I have still not seen the money owed to me. I was promised the money back in June 2023, and now in July the sales agent is no longer answering my calls or providing updates. The dealership has not contacted me or made any effort to resolve this issue. I have visited and called on multiple occasions but there is still no updates.DO NOT have a lease bought out from this dealership, as they will not do their due diligence, and ghost you when it's time to cut you a cheque. It has been 9 months, and I still have not seen a resolution.
