Customer service was good, but be warned, shop around as they offer better prices on ebay and amazon - just pick up locally if ur in the gta but mention the ebay pricing.

They call me saying they dont have my part I ordered, then call me back 5 mins later saying they found one will be shipped and at ur door in 3 days it's been 6 days and still have not received it. So I call them again to see what's going on. They said they will call me back in 10 mins it's been 2 days still no call back to see what's going on

Beware, Toronto location been closed long time ago, everything is being shipped from California, though they advertise as local. Low quality and they will make every excuse not to honor their warranty. Even if they do you will have to pay shipping two ways(to return defective and get replacement) which is going to be roughly half of the original price. Not to mention two weeks waiting time. I’ve gone through two turbos with them, first started leaking and second blew damaging my other turbo(on bi turbo engine). Their excuse was “some foreign object damaged it” so no warranty. Never going to buy anything from them.

Got my turbo next day with only the 3 day shipping. When there was an issue with my payment and they called me right away to rectify the situation. They were helpful and efficient!

The prices are really good, the sales staff are there for you but I'm not convinced they have the technical aptitude to deal with their product. This appears to be a company that is in it's infancy and will probably grow well if the principals in the corp. do the right things. Their product is okay so far. My frustration with the product I bought is the actuators. They were not the factory spec'd as claimed which caused huge dilemma. I researched the product only to find that this has happened before. Hopefully, someone in the company will realize what it means to misguide in a market that is so competitive.

Morons. Tell them your year and model and they will give you the wrong turbo, three times, even after giving them the turbo from your car. Their communication is horrid, junk, abysmal but it will become your fault, not theirs. Toronto store.

I had dealt with JM Turbo on two separate occasions, I first had ordered a turbo-boot online then I had made a personal trip to the store to pick up a Turbo for my WRX. Both times I was happy with the business and when I went in person they had even stayed open a little late to ensure my trip would be worth while in getting the part. I haven’t ran the Turbo yet but the one I had purchased comes with a 1 year warranty which I am happy with. Thanks JM Turbo

I brought c15 turbo from them.my mechanic installed and start truck turbo was leaking.then I call them he said no return money please dont buy any parts from them.very cheap quality and all components made in china.
