eyeglasses are criminal...they should be a lot less.... not only do they take all the money insurance provides ...they add more to take as much money from you.....

This review is long overdue since I got my glasses Nov of 2022, but this is the best Hakim Optical I’ve ever been to! I forgot the associate who helped me but she had long curly grey hair, and she was amazing and so patient!!! I didn’t feel pressured at all. I usually stick with contacts bc glasses made me look like a granny… But she helped me pick out the perfect frames which I wear everyday now and so many ppl have complimented them! The optometrist here is also great. Thank you so much :)

Bad place. The optometrist made inaccurate lenses but they don't have guaranty on lenses, so there is nothing you can do, once the optometrist did inaccurate measurements, you are in very bad situation (these glasses at Hakim cost a bundle). I would not trust this place to make my glasses again.

I have several Hakim Opticals, and other eyeglass stores, much closer to me, but I traveled to this particular store due to a positive experience in the past. Buying glasses for the first time, I was impressed by the time taken to explain options, costs, etc to me. I now have my glasses and am very pleased. The overall service was professional and friendly. While all staff are great, Lucy is fantastic. I will continue to go to this store for my eye care needs.

The service was great! Taylor was such a big help. My husband is a driver and his frame broke the day before he had to travel to Quebec. We could only salvage the lens and she took the time to go through every section in the store to find a perfect fit for an otherwise very complex lens. We are definitely grateful and will be returning!

The second I stepped into their location I was provided with great service and assistance. Choosing the right frame can be a daunting task especially when there are tons of great styles in their selection. I was set on getting clear frames on the boxing day special. One employee there actually found all the clear styles she could find and I ended up going with the frames she recommended (I didn't get her name, but big shout out to her :D ).I was told that the frames/lenses would take about a week to complete. I was notified that I had a business this week so I contacted them expressing my interest to have my glasses completed so I can take them with me. Despite their busy schedule from the break, they were able to complete my glasses today and I picked them up. I'm super impressed with the level of service by the staff & how they were able to speed up the completion time on my new frames.Thanks!

I bought glasses for my child from the Hakim optic and after a few months, my son broke the glasses, I said can you fix them, they gave me a new one, I did not expect that I would get such a good service without even looking at the receipt.

I have been visiting this location now for almost 15 years. I have ordered my contact lenses with Lucy every several months for many years now. It's wonderful to go into a store where they know your name and are always greeted with a friendly smile and amazing customer service. Thank you!

I highly recommend this store! I have bought several pairs of glasses at this location over the last year or so. Lucy and her staff are extremely helpful and conscientious of their clientele.Especially during this pandemic, the staff go above and beyond to make sure everyone is safe.I have witnessed personally the constant cleaning that they go through to ensure everyone's saftey: disinfecting after each customer, wearing personal protection, social distancing as well as limiting the number of patrons in the store at a time.I always feel safe shopping there knowing that the surfaces and glasses I touch are disinfected after each customer. They even disinfect the interac machine before each use!Lucy is an expert in her field and always provides the best attention and service and doesnt try to sell you something you don't need. Every time I get my glasses adjusted there they perform and feel as they should.I have been wearing glasses all my life and I highly recommend this location. I have had the best experience shopping for glasses here.

I want to thank Lucy at the woodbridge Hakim location for going the extra mile. My frame broke and they did not have a replacement frame in stock. Rather than making me chase down other Hakim locations, She did all the leg work located a location near me that had the frame i needed. She also did all the warranty on her side and now I can see again. Without her assistance I would have had limited vision for the next 2 weeks. Thank you Lucy. Excellent customer service. Honorable warranty policy. all around positive experience. Strongly recommend.
