Han did my eyelashes and honestly having had my lashes done with her is one the most pleasant experiences I’ve ever had. She’s so gentle and efficient and sweet. It’s also super affordable and this place has the best customer loyalty policy. Overall just super clean, considerate and wonderful. I have already recommended several friends and signed my mom up to see Han ASAP! I will continue recommending this place because it gives you a luxury feel at a reasonable price ❤️

I have been going to mai for a little over a year for shellac manicure/ pedicure. Mai is not only a pleasure to see/ deal with bur takes exceptional care in her work. She is extremely detail conscious and I’m always so pleased. Lavelle is a hidden gem, I’m so happy I’ve found this salon.

been getting my lashes done for months now with Parisa. so satisfied. meets my expectations. clean and relaxing place. im not a patient person but Parisa everything makes me feel so comfortable and relaxed that I mange to last in my apps. so happy every time with her. she's so passionate and picky which is what I look for in a lash person. im always happy!!!!

I can’t tell you the name of the young woman who does my nails because I don’t want her to be booked up any more than she already is but she’s fantastic! She mixes two polishes to get the perfect nude colour and always does an amazing job. In terms of the salon, I wish the pedicure spots were more comfortable (bigger basins, reclining chairs etc) but overall the salon is always very clean and all of the staff are friendly and polite.

I have been coming here for just over a year now for my eyelash extensions, and I must say, I highly recommended this place to anyone who wants their eyelashes done. The level of service and professionalism is top notch, and the finish product is exceptional. I look forward to coming to get them filled everytime.

I’ve been getting my eyelashes done by Parisa and I absolutely love her work. She always ensures that I am comfortable and takes her time to make sure my eyelashes are exactly how I want. Definitely recommend booking with her!

Sent a picture of what nail design I wanted to see if they could do it. They assured me they could so I booked an appointment. I was there for almost 3 hours before the tech said she couldn't do what I asked for. I went back a couple days later to get them re-done because I didn't get what I originally asked for. Just got a plain color to make it easier, but they chipped and cracked not even a week later. (I got dipping powder with shellac on top) NOT worth the $75, plus the 2 trips I had to make and the hours I spent there.

I had a really upsetting experience at this nail salon last night. I was expecting a great experience after looking at the reviews. The nail tech that I got was huffing and puffing most of my appointment while doing my nails. Anytime I moved even slightly or made a sound when she nicked me, she would sigh. The nails are also just not how I would have wanted them- after looking closer they are all different shapes. It’s upsetting since these were nails for my engagement shoot.

Mani Pedis. Nice girl who did my nails but my daughters girl on the other hand…..Daughter asked for coffin shaped they are square. Then I’m almost home I get a call that they undercharged me. Chair for pedicure is very uncomfortable. Over priced. Would never go back!The lady doing my daughters nails kept on sighing. It was strange.Charged $200 I gave a generous tip. Told her to take the money out of the tip. Wasn’t driving back!
