Century Cabinets & Countertops

We had a bad experience. We feel we didn’t get value for services. I don’t want to say anything negative or personal against them as the people are nice and trying to make a living. The amount of money we paid versus what we got and the miscommunication plus time it took is why we don’t recommend.

Time Scheduling was not correct, from 2 days it should have been 4 days. Space between Cabinet and Back splash should have been flush. In general we are happy with this project.Dieter LangeSteve Thompson

Over the years I have purchased many things from Century Cabinets, most recently a 5' bathroom vanity. This is the first time I have left a review. They had it ready as promised and it was made so much better than I could have purchased anywhere else. Thank You Century Cabinets!

We had nothing but problems with this company. We purchased the cabinets in 2015 and already the cabinets have warped and the painting of the cabinets was anything but first class. It looks like they put one thin coat of paint on them.We had a problem with one of the facings where they put a cheap unmatched piece of wood on the top to get to the proper height and thought that would be acceptable. The owner came up to my husband and pointed his finger in his face and said now you listen to me" very very rude and my husband is the easiest man to deal with and the impression that was left was that the owner likes to threaten buyers. He walked off when my husband said no you listen to me. Do not shop here. There are much better companies around with better quality cabinets."

Excellent quality, fast service and very professional. I hired them 5 times to build cabinets for 3 bathrooms and 2 kitchens and was happy with the results. I highly recommended them.

They repainted my cabinet doors with no problem the quality was good, the customer service however lacked hard. They forgot about my some items for which I've paid for, later on when I tried to get my stuff they kept postponing and eventually I just gave up. Will never do business with them again.

Poor workmanship , and even worse customer service , delays delays delays . Robert will come in and dazzle you and if they ever finish the job it will be shotty at best . Cost me 2200 dollars to have a professional come in and fix the mistakes . I can't start over now but you can , look elsewhere..... Nothing but a headache

I went to their office for some cabinet door accessories. One gentleman came forward , looked at what I needed, very knowledgeable look, suggested that can not be found anywhere unless I change the whole thing. Then he asked me to wait. After about 10 minutes he came back with a part similar to what I needed and he gave it to me for no charge. So this gentleman went beyond the excellent customer service to helping a human. This shows why they have such a huge and amazing factory and show room.

We used century cabinets for the first time on a quartz countertop installation, for a project that started in early July. The conversation to select install dates and samples for these countertops started with Robert in early June. As of August 15th, the countertops were finally installed. The customer service at this location is seriously lacking, with numerous ignored phone calls and text messages, countless I'll call you back" promises
