Irresponsible employees that are operating a company vehicle dangerously on public roads. Came across a White SUV company vehicle with company logo recently on the 401 late evening one night, merging onto the highway westbound at a bottleneck due to construction lane closure, the employee operating the company vehicle, dangerously blocked my vehicle from merging on to the highway, cut me off intentionally and sped out very quickly above posted highway speed. I was unable to get the license plate but the large Genwave Technologies decal on the car was clear as day.You may operate a respectable business but your employees give your company a bad reputation when they are representing your company by operating your company vehicles dangerously on the road and disregard public safety. It goes against your company values when part of your focus is towards First Responders!If my memory serves me correctly, it may have been a white Hyundai Santa Fe SUV. Recent model.Although this negative review may not reflect your business operation but companies such as yours are under public eye.

Am I the only one who finds it funny that the majority of the 5 star reviews are from employees of the company? These guys are sloppy and you can see with their work ethic. If you have them do anything for you, have another company review the work.

If you value your sanity, dignity and overall mental health, DO NOT WORK FOR GENWAVE. I have worked at many different companies in various roles and this has by far been the worst experience I have ever had at a job. Unrealistic expectations are put upon you, you are expected to come into the office to work during a pandemic when the job can be done from home, the “fun culture” they advertise in their job descriptions is a joke, many employees leave or are planning to leave and do not even get me started on the CEO, he is by far the worst part of the job. He will belittle you, patronize you, ask you personal questions which are inappropriate and perhaps worst of all, he will gaslight you to no end. So please, if you are even considering applying here or taking a job at this company, do not do it. Take it from someone who worked at the office and who literally could not wait to leave everyday. Have some pride and please look elsewhere, I am confident that you will find something much better.Edit: I am very obviously using a pseudonym to protect my safety.
