I can't say enough good things about this place!!! The owner and her son were the nicest people to help us.We went in looking for matching necklaces for my maid of honor and I.It's not easy especially when everywhere seems to sell the same boring and generic stuff ... Hearts.. infinity .. bland.This place not only has marvelous service but also a Beautiful selection to choose from!I wish I had more money and time to spend there.Morag was so helpful in making sure the length of my necklace was exactly what I needed. Within the hour I had it extended and ready to go. Perfection!They not only kept the best jewelry shop you can find around but they also show respect to it's history.All in all a wonderful friendly and very professional experience.Thank you for helping make my wedding unforgettable.

The most terrible experience, so far, i have ever had with a business in Woodstock. It was my first time ever there and,i needed a Guess watch fixed. Their hours on Google Maps says 10:00 a.m to 6:30 p.m. on Thursday( I have a screenshot). The lady asked why it says 6:30pm because,according to her, the shop was closed. I couldn't provide a response because, i presumed, it was a rhetorical question: I neither work for Google nor do i have the ability to edit their time of business on Google Maps.A man ( i consider the owner of the business), still wearing his magnifying glass gear,came out from a room and attended to me .I explained to him the issues i had with the watch, the steps i took to try fixing it and, inquired to know how much it would cost me to fix the watch (Band and battery). He initially gave me an inflated price then, changed it when he saw the look on my face. He earlier enthused that i try buying/ordering the band online prior to giving me a price.I told him i was willing to accept the price and, he should go ahead to fix it. I then jokingly told him i would like to watch him fix it(open it) because, i had a tough time opening the back. He suddenly got passive-aggressive and, told me to leave his shop, he was not going to fix it and that the shop's closed. I was shocked and did not know how to respond for a while. I regained my composure and asked him to confirm what he just said and, he reiterated his statement walking away while adding, I DON'T HAVE TIME (no pun intended) FOR THIS". (Emphasis mine)This attitude was so unprofessional and rude. This shop should be avoided as much as possible. Unprofessional

The owners took their time with me over months to find the right engagement ring. Every time my fiance come in we are greeted with kindness and patience. THE BEST AND MOST HONEST PEOPLE IN THE BUSINESS. We will be purchasing our wedding bands and much more in the future.

Bought my wedding band from Libby. Very friendly, helpful and polite. The whole staff were great as well. Prices were more then reasonable. I visited 4 jewelry stores on the same street and Wilson&Markle were by far the best. Great place, great staff, great prices.... Definitely will be going back.
