We recently sold our lake lot on moose lake with her, the listing on the web was very good, she showed how beautiful the lot is as it is right now with the magnificent deck and stairs to the lake along with the perfect fire pit. Right from the start, we were very impressed with the level of service we received from Iris Scherger. Living out of Province but looking to move we corresponded regularly over email and telephone. Iris took the time to learn about us and our family dynamics to understand what we were looking for. We made a weekend visit in February 2022, flying into Edmonton and driving the few hours to Bonnyville; with the guidance of Iris we changed our rental vehicle from compact to a large vehicle and grateful for her advice. She had a jam packed itinerary to accommodate our short stay and I’d have to say she goes above and beyond for her clients. Iris wasn’t looking to sell us a house, she truly was helping us to find the right “home” for us; and that is a true, genuine realtor. Iris gives you the knowledge of a professional with the comfort of a friend at your side.
