We just bought our Brand New Hyundai Tucson 2023 from these guys. We dealt with Chris (sales person) and I all appreciate how helpful and kind he was to make sure this deal goes well the way we want. Moreover, Chris (finance manager) is a great person to deal with. He gives you information you need about financing that nobody else gives you. Show you the best path to go through to make sure you get your best deal and best possible finance path. Chris (finance manager) is awesome and I highly recommend you going here if you want to finance a car and you are a newcomer and also you do not have a lot of information about getting a loan.

Northland Hyundai blew me away!I would go out of my way to take my vehicle to Edmonton (Northstar Hyundai) as that's where I bought my car and have always preferred to take it to them. I also get special deals with their Go Auto program.Not anymore!!Northland is my go to now! I had the best experience I've had in years! Hannah and Sandeep were amazing.From start to finish I felt like a valued customer. They gave me options and were super transparent with the work that needed to be done. There was no pressure. While waiting for my vehicle (it was going to take a bit longer then originally planned) they offered me a shuttle to the mall to keep me occupied. Darryl the shuttle driver was very friendly and kind!My favourite part was when I picked up my vehicle. As I was paying they drove my vehicle into the bay so it was steps away from me. It felt like valet service! Never in 5 years did Northstar do this for me. Usually it was a here's your keys

We went to Northland Hyundai to buy a new car for my mom and were assisted by Ken. He was very helpful and patient with us as we looked and tested out cars. When we decided on the one we wanted Ken helped make the transition easy for us and was very good at keeping us updated as to what was happening, when and what to expect. Honestly he was a great help but the thing that stands out to me is when we had a slight issue he was gracious and willing to make us happy and confident in our purchase. We would happily work with Ken again.

I have bought elantra 2023 in January 2023. I did have really great experience with my salesperson- Abhishek and all other staff as they are really welcoming and polite. As I did not have much knowledge about buying vehicle, he really helped me a lot to find a best deal.
