Michael took the time to get to know me first session, listening to all of my concerns and not only targeting the immediate needs (which I felt significantly better immediately), but also followed up after the appointment to know my progress. I made an appointment to see Michael when I was in Ottawa due to lower back and shoulder pain. I would have to say he was one of the best, if not the best, massage therapists I have ever been to. His background in Osteopathy was also of great benefit. I wish he was in Toronto, but I will definitely be going back next time I am in Ottawa.
