Just steps away from my office, Royal Blush Salon has become a place I regularly visit. I come here for my laser hair removal (which for the record is going amazing) and today I stopped in for a quick polish change. Needless to say my nails look great, the esthetician was wonderful and so FAIRLY priced. Lucky to have such a gem in the heart of the financial district. The owner Cindy is very sweet and goes above and beyond for her clients. Trust me, this place is worth the visit.

I am a newer customer to Royal Blush (been about 10 times.) I have to say though, I love this place. I have seen Jess for laser hair removal, she is courteous, professional and knows what she's doing. Mary is amazing and I come out of there feeling so refreshed after a facial. Cynthia (the owner I think) always makes me feel welcome and valued as a client. That isn't always true for downtown TO. This spa is a beautiful respite in the heart of the city.

This is hands down the best nail salon in Toronto - 100% recommend! The decor is beautiful, pricing is great and everyone there is so amazing. They all make you feel very welcome.Specifically my girl Sally is amazing. If you are getting your nails done you HAVE to go to Sally. She knows every colour by heart, can recommend what colour to do and will take the time to help you choose. She ensures your nails are the same length and that you are happy with the shape, length, etc and also takes the time and effort to do an amazing job of my nails every single time. Every time I come in, we have a wonderful conversation. She is a great person and awesome nail technician. She also does a mean pedicure. Honestly. Get your nails done by Sally.I’d also like to mention Clint. He is such an amazing presence in the salon, always talkative, happy, and such a great addition to the team. He always goes above and beyond (I mean, take a look at the beatifful floral pens he made!) and I look forward to seeing him every time I come in!110% recommend Royal Blush!

I just had my first laser hair removal session with Sylvie and I am very impressed by her excellent level of service! She made sure that I had a great experience, especially since it was my first time, and seemed very knowledgeable. It will take a few more sessions to see results however I cannot recommend her enough! THANK YOU!

Love this place! Customer service and hair products are incredibly good. Solisbella, Hector and the lady who did my nails (I can’t recall her name) took care of myself with such care and dedication! First time in MANY years that I’m completely happy with the results and attention received at a saloon. Can’t wait to be back and get myself pampered again!

Excellent results and service. I did 2 packages of laser hair removal of almost full body. One package is 6 sessions and each session is 2 month apart. So it took me 2 years to complete my sessions. After the treatment, my hair is gone. I don’t need to wax or shave anymore. Also, they have good management of the reservations and are always on time to provide treatment. The staff there is very friendly and professional. I would recommend this place.

I started with the groupon for laser hair removal for my upper lip and Brazilian. I also paid additional to get my underarm done. After the first year session, I saw results for underarms and upper lip. However, the Brazilian was still a work in progress. So I bought another year’s package through the salon, as I was told that I’d need an additional year to see real results.Sure. I have not had any alarming issue with the salon. I’ve missed one appointment and they were very friendly with rescheduling. Selling additional service seems pretty normal to me, as it happens in every salon. In those situations, I would politely decline and it would be okay.However, I felt extremely upset in my last final laser hair session. I was told that it was my last session and to me, I felt that my Brazilian area was pretty much the same as one year ago. My technicians would differ sometimes and may noticed that it was low frequency or the sessions were short. I didn’t complain because I believe they know better than me.I went into my last session with no intent to renew for a 3rd year. When asked why I wouldn’t buy, I expressed that “I’m not seeing results in that area.” Then I was told it’s a 3 year process but I was told last year that it’s a 2 year process. I was persistent and said “no”. My response was: “well then, you won’t see results.” Not the best response and tone to give to a client, in my opinion.By the end of this session, my technician told me that I can change. At this point, all of my previous technician, including the one I had for this session would leave me and I can change privately. But not this session. She remained in the room while she disinfect the resting table and machine. I found it so odd that she had to immediately cleaned while I changed. She already seen me naked so I didn’t complain. But thinking back, she should have left the room.All in all, I understand that laser hair removal may be a 2-3 years process but I didn’t appreciate the tone from the technician for not buying the package and the fact that she remained in the room while I changed.

Love this place and the services as well. Prices are very good. Sita is so nice and we love to see her when we go . Highly recommend this place for laser hair removal
