Was extremely impressed with how knowledgable and helpful the staff was around answering my questions and helping me make an informed decision about transitioning my chi to a new more healthy food. They had sample/ trial size options which weren't even needed because my dog loved the recommendations so much!! Pasha completely won my confidence and loyalty. I was also impressed that they were open til 8pm on Sunday and that their hours of business were accurate online and current on voice message. Bones is my new pet food store! Thank you

Great customer service in store and online for delivery. I cut 2 stars because their inventory lacks a few commonly found cat food flavors and their prices go up $0.20 to $1 per item every month.

We just got a puppy and wanted to take her on hiking trips. Puppies are only good for 10-15 minute walks so what does one do? Well, get a K9 Sport Sac - it is essentially a backpack for your fur baby! Bones is one of the few stores that carry this brand. The staff is super helpful, even had me and Penny" try on a couple of sizes to make sure we get to use the bag as long as we need to.I was also told that if you find the store too inconvenient to get to

Comet and I had a great experience at this store! We walked in on an unusually cold snowy Vancouver day looking for some booties for Comet. The staff greeted Comet with attention & treats (which he loved!) and helped me (a new puppy mom) select the right size for him. Comet enjoyed making the aisles of the store his runway.When there wasn’t his size in stock, the staff offered to have the style and size brought over from the other store which was very accommodating!Comet picked up this bone as well as a paw remedy (not pictured) and some raw food which he’s loved!They also have a good variety of toys, foods, treats and clothing.

Boutique pet store located by our apartment. Very helpful on the phone and in person. Patient and knowledge staff will take the time to answer questions. Staff even helped us get our toy poodle into a bike backpack. There is always a bowl of water outside for dogs and treats inside. Prices are slightly more than what you would pay at a big box store but honestly we called petsmart first and was put on hold for 15minutes and then we had to walk the person through the items on their website to only be out on hold again for him to check to see if they had that item.Give Bones a chance.
