Went to get my dogs nails done, I was waiting outside and I can hear a struggle. He doesn’t like to get his nails done. It was the language and tone I didn’t like. I heard my dog cry a yelp sound. I can hear they guy say stop acting like that with a very strong tone. He cut my boys nails so short that he made them bleed. I had blood everywhere. This is why he yelped. When the guy passed him to me he had a look that was like take your dog. My boy is really friendly and I cried when I got in my vehicle. Never again would I take him there.

I took my slightly fearful pup in twice for nail trims and once for a wash also and they’ve done an awesome job! Giving him baths/nails at home hasn’t gone well but Mikes calm and confident energy seems to do great with him! Takes a big stress off me to know they can take care of it & it’s quick and low stress for us both.
