Henry helped me with my camera - found the right filters for me. He was very helpful and attentive - took all the time he needed to do the job right. Spent the time to meticulously clean my lens. It's always been a great experience and I love going to the store.

He contacted me in regards to my issue below and made me a happy customer! THANK YOU!PRE-UPDATE REVIEW: I bought a new camera about 1 month ago and paid over $2000. They had a promotion where you would receive a free SD card and a free battery with the camera.Ricky was the one who helped me and gave me a battery package that was cut open on the bottom, but he promised me that it was brand new and never taken out of the package. He said that was all they had in the store at the moment and would have to order new ones if I didn't take this one. I have figured out by now that it was not new as it doesn't hold it's charge for very long compared to the original one in the camera.I should've know better and not taken a package that was opened on the bottom. But I did take it as I didn't want to have to go back there again in the future as it's not that close to home. After my original battery in the camera died, I put the battery from the cut package in my camera and it still had 3% on it...definitely used. In this one week, I have had to charge it twice already with very little camera use.I am very disappointed that they would give me a half dead battery when I am spending over $2000 on a camera, even if the battery was free. I will not be returning there in the future for anything camera related.

The Fujifilm trade-in event is not what you think as a car trade in. Customers have to pay the full price tax, then reduce the credit what you get from yr old camera! No trade in tax saving !

My first experience with Broadway Camera, I attended their Nikon trade in event November 12th, 2022 as I had a two week trip to Cairo, Egypt starting the next day. Although the trade in value given for my D4 was disappointingly low, the event gave me the opportunity to meet a fellow amateur photog who had previously upgraded and purchased a Z9, the same camera that I was thinking of upgrading into.This meeting proved fortunate, as by random chance, Henry at Broadway Camera had one of the elusive Z9 ‘s in the store set aside but available for purchase. In my meeting with the Z9 owner, he told me of his experiences with the incredible ISO range of the Z9 .This prompted the selection of a Nikkor Z 24-120mm f4 to be added to my purchase of the Z9. This S-line lens was on sale due to the Nikon fall promotion, perfect timing for the trade in event. The FTZ II mount adapter that I purchased I will allow continued use my f2.8 F mount lens with my Z9.Thank you Henry for your help and expertise.

Great shop with very knowledgeable staff, decent everyday pricing, and great deals/collaborations on occasion. Customer service stands out from the crowd, even more so when you've established a relationship with them.Always my first stop for new gear, and highly recommended for anyone looking for/into anything to do with photography or videography.

This store is well equipped and has many premium and also low end products that fit your need. “Henry” assisted us and was very well informed and helpful, and even suggested a backpack that we later found out that many stores including Best Buy or London Drugs does not have available. I will highly recommend coming to this store in Richmond before entertaining any other ones. Thank you for your awesome service Henry!

Great place for cameras and lenses. Got Leica m10 back in 2019 and purchased few Sony lenses recently. I believe this is the only store in Richmond sells Leica. Staffs are knowledgeable, my sales Michael, he helped me a lot with all my equipments in the past years. Definitely recommend it to friends who are interested in photography.

I loved the service. Staff is so patient and knowledgeable, helped me to choose my first mirrorless camera. I visited the store three times and all the time they were available for my help. It was hard for me to take decision as I was looking for a budget friendly camera. Their Manager Michael and the staff are the best in providing a good customer service.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I had an amazing experience several years ago when I purchased my first DSLR (Canon 7OD) from this location. Finally decided to go back for a new tripod/microphone set and was delighted by the amazing staff & service. I was recently helped by Steven and Michael who were both very patient and accommodating. This is definitely my go to place for anything camera/photography related.
