Pinochi ice cream
If I could give a hundred stars, I would. It's literally my favorite dessert place in Ontario. The food is SOOO good! It makes me sad that I live so far away, lol. The owner was also very nice and welcoming. Will definitely recommend and plan to visit again soon!

I can't believe that an authentic piece of Damascus has carved an exhistance right here in Mississauga. Welcoming staff, specialty ice cream, fresh fruits and treats can all be found in this wholesome damascene atmosphere. But nothing is as authentic and uniquely delicious as the fresh fruit salads and various fruit shakes and smoothies. They've brought to life the classic Syrian artform of tasty chilled treats. Top selection of natural and freshly sourced ingredients are combined to satisfy and delight all ages. You don't have to be middle eastern to appreciate this gem. Highly highly highly recommend.

Visited this spot as I pass by it frequently when I am trying to go to the gym (Oh well).The inside of the restaurant is quite visually appealing. It is clean and just a nice, colorful setting. The food and milkshake I got would be considered straight bussin" by the youth and I must say that it didn't leave me feeling ill. The milkshake is made with real fruit and tastes good without it being a sugar bomb.They have a fountain in there that wasn't currently on when I arrived but I like to hope that it could be a chocolate fountain

Today I tried the Madloqa and Warbat/Creem; unfortunately, both tasted stale and the cream I am pretty sure it’s not fresh; my guests felt terrible and disappointed and got surprised by this sweet Pinochi ice cream. The food ends up in the trash can. Therefore I am sharing this feedback as I am disappointed and concerned about the quality procedure to ensure food safety.Finally, a piece of advice to the staff and owner. Yes, the cleanses, excellent presentation and customer service are essential. But, still, you have to focus more on the quality of food that keeps your business shining and your customers happy; please put yourself in the customer's shoes, and let all of us have good experiences.

I ordered the special fruit salad for take-out. What I got looked completely different than what was shown on the menu and didn’t include the honey, watermelon, passion fruit, chocolate drizzle or Kit-kat. I went back and addressed my concerns to the server, and she said that sometimes they don’t have exotic fruit available, which is what I should’ve been told from the beginning. The manager replaced my order for free, but it was completely different than the original one I got making me question whether they have a standardized special fruit salad. The second one they gave me had dragon fruit, which clearly means they did have exotic fruit. Also, the Arabic ice cream was flavourless and didn’t have that distinct texture and rose water flavour that Arabic ice-cream has. I was really excited to try this place but was left quite disappointed. It definitely wasn’t worth the high price or hype for me. Perhaps other items on the menu are better but I’m not sure I’ll be coming back.

Pinochi ice cream
Tried the Pinochi fruit salad with ice cream. The ice cream was decent, and we enjoyed the crepe on top. Looks a bit different from the menu photos (came with Nutella on the side and large chocolate bars), but overall I would not hesitate to recommend Pinochi ice cream for a nice summer treat.

Pinochi is a fine Arabic Ice Cream shop, they have good crepes, ice creams, and Arabic ice creams. The location has ample amount of dinein seats perfect for family, friends and couples. This location also sell wide variety of Honey, Maple Syrup and other dessert condiments for sale.
