Sun Star Shuttle
I am rating 5 stars because I was unfortunate enough to leave my passport, wallet, credit cards, phone charger and all my travel vouchers on the bus after travel to Sun Peaks. A phone call to the office led to a call to the driver and reassurance that the backpack was indeed still on the bus, and was secure. The back pack was delivered to my door later that evening. All contents were safe and accounted for, very much to my great relief. I can’t ask for better than that. My sincere thanks to the staff at Sun Star. Excellent

Sun Star Shuttle
We hired Sun Star for a Bachelor Part golf trip and couldn't be happier with the service! Always on time, friendly service, and offered great recommendations for things to do in Kamloops. It was a great service to have with 10 guys golfing and allowed everyone to safely drink on the courses. I'd recommend them to anyone visiting Kamloops!

We used the shuttle service in Kamloops for twelve of us. Three rounds of golf. They were amazing. Always on time and very professional drivers. Things happen during a round of golf that may cause delays for end of the round pick up times but these guys were very adaptable. Will definitely use them again!!

I took a shuttle from Sun Peaks to the Kamloops airport. The driver was prompt and friendly. The price was reasonable too. It is a family owned business and you can tell they care about giving good service. I would recommend Sun Star Shuttle.

We couldn’t ask for a better driver to take us around while we were on a golf trip in Kamloops. He was always early, very clean shuttle, connected us to the Bluetooth speakers. Very friendly and nice to talk to and gave us really good recommendations for places to eat and things to do. All in all, great experience.

My husband and I and our friends have been using SunStar shuttle for our annual ski trip to Sun Peaks for the past 6 years. They are very accommodating, professional, and reliable! The drivers are all polite and knowledgeable about Sun Peaks and the surrounding areas. I can’t recommend SunStar shuttle enough and will be using them for many years to come!

Do not use! Terrible communication and late. They were not there at airport when we arrived (although we had called earlier that day to confirm). Called numerous times before phone was answered & said they would be there in 30 mins....hour later still no-one..called again and they said another hour...still no one. We waited 2 hours then decided to get a taxi. On departure they were 30 mins late to pick up then drove like madmen. Will never use again!

I have been using Sun Star Shuttle for several years and have had excellent service for all of them. I have been coming to Kamloops for the past decade with my family to ski. In all of that time, I have only ever experienced exceptional service, incredibly amicable drivers and staff, and a family-friendly, welcoming environment. I would recommend this shuttle service to any family, friend, or even stranger who is traveling in this area.

We had to get our daughter to Vancouver airport from Sun Peaks in early December after a serious leg injury had her not be able to fly from Kamloops to Vancouver in a small plane since she couldn't bend her knee. Simer of Sun Star was great to work with during this stressful time. In the end, her son, a manager who doesn't usually do the driving took responsibility for our daughter, brought a stool for her comfort on the bus, drove her to Vancouver Airport, and took her and luggage into the terminal to the Air Canada counter.Thank you for your great service and attention.
