Most incompetent staff i have ever dealt with. Turned an easy 2 day process into 14 days. Would never go back to that location. And urge anyone and everyone to go somewhere where the staff actually knows their job. Painful experience!!!!

Worst branch I have ever seen. No care for clients. Girls sitting there and looking at each other to answer client queries and still unable to resolve issue. One so called officer Sharin even asked me to call Ontario office and come back for work. When I again came back, she was unable to solve my issue, I felt helpless and went out of Bank. Finally, I got work done on phone before bank closed for long weekend. their hr is 9 to 5pm just like third world countries Government offices.

Where do I begin, I had entered this branch because I needed a replacement debit card. I was sat in the room with one of the ladies and immediately she began to bombard me with questions, the customer service was absolutely HORRIBLE! My second piece of identification that I needed for my travel was taken from me and not returned, one of the other ladies even had the audacity to laugh at me when I desperately tried to get it back. The staff here doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I wouldn’t recommend this branch to anybody if you have a white complexion, clearly they discriminate.

If I could rate lower than 1 star I would. I had a meeting with Nanki a couple weeks ago she lied to my face and made me look like a complete fool when I went into the branch today and spoke to a different employee Sourav who attempted to make a awful situation better as best he could which I appreciate. Go to any other branch.

Absolutely horrible place to deal with , need an override for everything tell people to use atm to withdraw cash rather then do their job. After 10 years of imperial service status its time to close down all my accounts and go to a competitor. All thanks to this branch.

As a current member here I am sad to say this isn't a good institution. I've been messed around so much this week by them. I am taking my money out of this bank and putting it into one that deserves it

The staff inside the branch at the tellers etc are very helpfull and nice. However the Imperial service is an absolute joke now. We had a few very helpfull financial advisors in the past, but now we send 5 emails over a series of a couple of months without a responce. I even emailed our financial advisors manager over a month ago and have not heard back yet. Extreamly dissapointed that they have let the service get so bad.I guess I have to look for a new financial institution
