Wonderful people to work with. My most memorable experience with them was when I had a renovation project at 455 Beach Crescent in Vancouver. The head concierge of the building, named Alan was always helpful and caring to me and all team. The client I was renovating for had already said that they trusted the concierge was going to be there for us at all time. I never got disappointed. Great folks.!

Park Boulevard Concierge has always been very helpful in resolving all issues with sincerity. The entire team including Ray, Sonia, Edris, Suman, Mantaj, Harleen, Mandeep, Ahmad and Dharamveer, under the leadership of Gus Ramirez are all very quick in responding to issues and queries and sometimes go above and beyond in resolving the issues. Angela from the Palladio building is a great concierge! She is friendly and manages the building very professionally. I like that she is able to balance the many needs of the residents while ensuring that rules are followed. Her practical approach to her role is very much appreciated!

The West One concierge team has done an amazing job for years. Tony & Stella have been here for quite some time & they have shown to provide exceptional work throughout their shifts. They are both very patient to listen & understand the residents' problems & provide the best help they can. They were more like a friend to the residents here than just another concierge. Rakhi, Michael & Philip are new but they have also shown great work & are very friendly as well. We are very blessed to have such an amazing team to support our building. Thank you~

Very professional and skilled team. I live in Park Blvd building and concierge team is awesome here. They are very quick in resolving issues and very helpful for tips around the area. I still remember when i asked Sonia for suggestions for my Kid's school and she reached out to other residents in the building.

Hello: I just moved in to the Park Boulevard Surrey Tower 9887 Whalley Boulevard five weeks ago with my wife. I just wanted you to know the Concierge staff are Fantastic. There are three people in particular. Sonia , Suman and Mantaj. They are all professional, calm and very friendly. They are always ready to help. They make every day living in the building better.
