The Bagel House

Mmmm what a BAGEL! I had bagel house for the first time, got the spicy Italian trio bagel! It was fantastic, full of meat, fresh bagel and fresh toppings.This thing was jam packed! I will definitely be back to try the other bagel sandwich selections and maybe even a bagel with cream cheese. They have a variety of cream cheeses as well and I can't wait for my next trip here to try them!

Ordered a smoked meat sandwich. The bagel was nice and big while the smoked meat was good. Veggies were of good quality. Only wish the bagel was toasted but maybe my fault for not asking.

Bagels are good but I paid extra for a small tub of flavored chive" cream cheese and what I got was large pieces of green onion sitting on top of cream cheese. Green onions are not chives!!!"

I like going to this place on lunch. I’ve been twice now since moving offices about 4 weeks ago and it’s very solid. Have gotten an avocado salad and this one was smoked turkey. The twist is I think $2 extra but worth it this one was huge. They have a long menu including a few all day breakfast items and about 10 different cream cheeses I am yet to try. They also have a good selection of coffee brews I also intend to try soon.

Sad to say that this bagel house I’ve been coming to for over 8 years has to get a 1 star after today. The night shift worker that I see on my regular late night snack runs refuses to give a cup of water to loyal paying customers. Stores these days are getting way too out of hand treating their customers poorly & it’s sad to see. When asking to talk to a higher authority the employee working was unwilling to be cooperative and completely neglectful.If you ever go to this bagel house, I wouldn’t go at night & bring your own water or be prepared to pay. Also be prepared to be treated poorly no matter how loyal you are.

Let me start by saying thank you for letting me use your bathroom.Your generosity encouraged me to buy a sandwich and coffee.I’ll try to keep this positive.The coffee was good although the sugar at the bottom of the cup was undissolved.I also ordered a chopped egg on a twister bagel. The lady asked if I would like it toasted, to which I declined. She suggested that I choose a different bagel as the twisters we’re not fresh and a little hard.I thought that was so sweet. She suggested a sesame bagel instead.Thank the lord she suggested a softer bagel as the sesame bagel was hard, so I probably would have chipped a tooth or dislocated my jaw on the twister.Then came the bill, she actually charged me extra for the 1 leaf of lettuce and a slice of tomato she put on it. It said 35 cents each ingredient. But I didn’t say anything, she doesn’t make the rules, right?I declined the request for a tip with a smile.$10.00 wow!Please ask your clients if they want extras on their food before putting them on or charging us.I won’t be back to your location as your bagels are terrible, your service is horrible and you over charge.(And this is me being positive as my first draft was much nastier.)And if the tax man is reading this, they offer a great deal, they offer 10% off for cash sales.Last word, if you didn’t have a bathroom, you would have received one star. So thank you again.

Bagel very good, potato latkes not so much. You can save 10% if you pay with cash. Pretty quick service.

Amazing Bagels ! Ordered one turkey and added cheese with sesame bagel , herb and garlic cream cheese with everything bagel , and ham poppy seeds bagel ! AAAAMAZING

I wrote a review earlier but wasn't able to post the photo of how bad my sandwich was. I had a meal here about an hour or so ago, and I can feel the stomachache coming on. Easily the worst bagel sandwich I've ever had. The bagel was bad, and the meat was the worst, I've ever had.For $10, this is an absolute ripoff. The server didn't have the decency to even give me a copious amount of meat for the amount he charged. Look at the paltry amount of meat he gave! On top of that, do you see the light blue lining the fat of the smoked meat? Horrendous. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.I understand that this is a mom and pop shop, and as good citizens we should be helping them, because they are the backbone of our economy, but please, it would be nice, if they gave an effort at serving their customers well. It starts by serving fresh meat!
