We recently bought a new tractor (our first) with the help of Chris. We have had a few (very minor) issues with the tractor in the first couple of months of ownership, and Chris has been incredibly prompt and helpful in getting everything sorted. I feel confident that Chris is going to continue to support us down the line and would happily come back here.

I have 140 hours on my BX2380... I developed a oil leak at the front end loader’s Quick Connect. Turns out that there is a know issue with the QC and it was fixed promptly. The reason I am writing this note to to say thank you to Russ and Mike. Mike was the service technician who came to my home to repair the problem. Being a lightweight user of a small tractor it has become important to me as it is a great tool on the property. Mike was extremely informative and explained to me what he found and the repair required. Being a new tractor owner Mike answered many additional questions I had about the machine from servicing to operating it... I certainly appreciate your patience & expertise as this was very useful to me. Thanks again Track & Wheels, specifically Russ & Mike for making my day... it is much appreciated. Is there a 0 star option? As a business owner and project manager I've made my way here on account of 3 complete failures on behalf of T&W. Working with this business is a sure way to carry more risk than necessary and ultimately take losses. I'm writing this to inform people of the likely negative impact this decision will have on their interests. I for one am done with this company - for life. Note, there are some good employees here, but not a good team.*Update* - I've had clients who own their equipment and have had to represent them and I'm still unhappy. Dealing with T&W feels like a group of highschool kids started a business and are only 3 years into it.@ T&W - I don't want you to find me in your system. That will lead us to some reiteration of your poor attempts to make up for costumer service. Do better by the public and it will show. If you even manage to perform well for me, I'll adjust my post.

Bought a new excavator from Paul over a year ago. The experience was a positive one. He gave us a great price and was flexible on the delivery date. Paul was very knowledgeable and professional. Had a small noise issue from the excavator at the beginning, but the issue was resolved quickly from the service department. I have dealt with the parts department for years as I have other equipment. Nothing but good service from them. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another piece of equipment from Tracks and Wheels. Very satisfied with this Kubota excavator.

Brought our kubota L2900 GST in as gears 5 & 6 did not work. They did not know what the problem was. They called often & thought it was something or other that needed to be changed in order to get to the problem ..long story short...our bill is now $4000.00 & they still have not found the problem. They asked us to come in to see if we could use the tractor the way it is now..as other gears working but not some...they stated they tried everything & there is now only taking the transmission apart to see if they could find the problem there....we decided to see if there was anywhere else we could bring our tractor as their mechanical department is basically all new (from previous mechanic who worked there) & we feel we are paying for their mechanics's education! Contacting the owner was not possible, had to speak to manager who did not want to work with us...pay & come & get your tractor or let us continue trying to find the issue was the option.....with no limit in price! How can people of Sudbury be treated this way from the only Kubota dealer in our area? Contacted complaint dept.for Kubota...no returned call...Will never recommend them...send your tractor out of town will be cheaper & better service!!!

Definitely shop around. The salesman at this location are dishonest, and you can't trust a word they say. I normally don't write negative reviews, but the way we were treated was insulting. I would definitely avoid this dealership at all costs, unless you want dishonest, overpriced sales. I am shocked that with their treatment of customers, that they are still in business.

I purchased an LX2610 with attachments and the sales advisor was Chris . He not only met all my expectations he also provided me with valuable advice on the equipment that best suited my needs. If you are in the market for a Kubota I would highly recommend Sudbury Tracks & Wheels and ask for Chris Fillator.

Great recent experience with Tracks & Wheels Sudbury. Parts and Service departments both staffed with exceptionally knowlegeable and friendly people... all willing to go beyond duty to satisfy customers. Most parts for my 1986 Kubota L4150DT tractor are still available which keeps my dream of restoring it alive and well since my purchase in 2002. Kubota parts are expensive but it is an industrial machine and almost always starts just by looking at it! I undertook to rebuild the front drive myself but quickly discovered that exotic tools, techniques and facilities beyond my means were required after buying many parts. The Service department management agreed to take over and their specialist technician soon had the whole front axle assembly torn down and rebuilt to specs. The clean-up and fresh paint job makes the unit look like new. I highly recommend Tracks & Wheels to anyone needing quality and timely work done to their heavy equipment.

I bought a used forklift (mistake) in the spring of ‘22 and we have barely used it yet. Yes, it’s used. But Constant repairs and little to no help from this company. We were promised a new seat and a door latch and 9 months later we are still waiting for it. Not sure why. We’ve asked Chris Fillator a number of times for them and get no response. They make promises and don’t keep them.
