Truly wonderful service. I was referred to the home and auto insurance advisor Asan by one of my colleagues, he is such a friendly, patient, helpful and knowledgeable person at this RBC insurance office I have ever met. He explained all the complicated aspects of home and auto insurance terms, coverages - benefits of them, which helped me make the right decision. I got much lower quote with all the coverages I was looking for my home and auto and took the insurance from him. I highly recommend Asan being your trusted insurance advisor.

RBC recently provided me with auto insurance. Throughout the process, the person who supported me was patient, flexible, and dependable. Without complaint, he took his time to clarify each step. With his constant assurance and effort, he turned a tense circumstance into a good experience. He went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. This was by far the most enjoyable conversation I've ever had with someone I'd never met. We scheduled an appointment for home insurance and we showed up to meet the most incompetent sales person in the world. He had bare minimum knowledge about coverage details and he dodged our questions with vague answers. At the end he didn't provide us with a formal quote or a copy of insurance policy with an excuse that he couldn't print from his printer. I asked him to email me the files but now after numerous emails and phone calls he doesn't reply. A true shame for RBC.

Let me preface by saying I normally don’t bank at this location, but it was convenient for today. Needless to say we will not be returning here. In the brief time I was there TWO people were completely without masks or shields and the two tellers weren’t wearing theirs correctly either. One hand them hanging off her ear and the other below his nose. Doesn’t matter that there is the plexiglass barrier because we all know now they’re useless with airborne illnesses that act like smoke and not like a water spray. Anyways, felt very unsafe the short 5 minutes I was inside. If your employees think health and safety is a joke then clearly the regular patrons who bank there will agree.
