My name is Faith..I went to Canada Physiotherapy couple weeks ago not the first time going there..but the first time dealing with Liz and Lex.Anna I had her some years back and I had no problem with her..Liz is such a very pleasant Lady..always try to give appointment when you are available...Alex was so cool he listen and was very helpful..If I every NEED treatment again I will sure be going back.Keep up the good work GUYS.

I was a patient at your centre for a few weeks, it was the firsttime I have been to see a Physiotherapy; the service and treatment was excellent; the dr took the time to explain the exercises and the benefit to do them, he was right.The nurse that did my exercise amazing she is a keeper.Liz who welcome each patient as they come in made your stay very comfortable.Thanks to everyone for being in my corner; it is appreciated.Keep up the great work.God bless,

My first contact was Liz. She is very efficient, kind, pleasant and super helpful. Andy treated me as a valued human being explained the entire process, showed me some exercises and also gave me ultrasound treatment for my neck. She supervises her assistants to do their job effectively. She is an asset to the Centre.I had a great time having my therapy. Well I was over impress the treatment I received, first person I had a contact with was Liz, she was pleasant, helpful and patient. Filling out the form she kept asking if you need any help, she comes over and help others.As for Alex he was very gentle,understanding well equipped and verse in what he does, he listened carefully and worked with you, he is an amazing person to work with.For Mheri she was excellent in how she performed her duties, works very gently and caring. I came here - Canadian Physiotherapy Centre due to right shoulder biceps and subscapularis tendonitis and painful. I am very satisfied with the physiotherapy services here.It was the physiotherapist Andi who checked me up and made a physiotherapy plan for me at the first time. She is very professional, responsible and caring about patient. After I finished 6 sessions of treatment, she still made a plan for me to self-exercise at home, and guides me continue to refer to the online videos workout. Mehri, the technician who performs the physiotheray treatments for me, is also very gentle and conscientious.After physiotherapy at the Canadian Physiotherapy Centre, my right shoulder pain has greatly improved. From November 2022This is the 5th physiotherapy clinic in a 3km radius from Kennedy-Sheppard and they are hands down the best in the area!Alex has been my physio and he has showed me that not all physios are the same. He takes a very ‘different’ approach from old-school thinking and has made a remarkable difference in my chronic pain and spasticity.

Extremely focused and know what to do and how to do the treatment.I found their service excellent as I have tried other physiotherapy clinics but this is excellent.I will highly recommend to please try for your physio.

I was concerned that I would lose my mobility due to my advanced age and acute knee pain and stiff joints. When I was first referred to the Canadian Physiotherapy & Sports Medicine Centre, I was very apprehensive. However, the clinic treated me as a valued human being, explained the entire process, showed me a series of exercises and also gave me ultrasound treatment multiple times.Even more importantly, I was shown how to do them correctly. Everyone was terrific ! Liz, the first person I met is ever courteous, cheerful and efficient. Mary who helped me twice for my ultrasound treatment is pleasant and professional and especiallyAlex who helped me the most, is assuring and patient in imparting his knowledge of doing the exercises properly. He even planned for me a realistic working schedule, rotating the exercises to avoid boredom and increases the chance of success. How thoughtful !I am well on my way to recovery and I couldn’t be more grateful to the Canadian Physiotherapy & Sports Medicine Centre Staff !
