This place is an absolute gem!! David, our host, was super friendly and whom we got the privilege to know personally. He gave us some of the best tips while visiting Newfoundland. The location is perfect. We were able to walk to many shops and restaurants downtown and on the waterfront. Lots of parking in front. The breakfast options were fantastic. Lots to choose from. Wine glasses, cork screws, high ball glasses and ice was all available for our use. The house is beautiful and comfortable. Very clean and the service was amazing. I will definitely book again the next time we're here. Highly recommend it!!

Well maintained and very clean B&B. About a 10 minute walk to George St. Bathroom in our room was small but it worked and was spotless. Hosts friendly and informative.

David and Sherry were very accommodating when we arrived early after a red eye flight.The location was very central to downtown sites.Clean and great breakfast options.Would highly recommend the Balmoral Inn.

David was an excellent host! The inn was very clean and we had fantastic sleeps both nights we were there. When we woke up, there was an assortment of breakfast options set up. It was also in a great location, close to everything!

I stayed in room 1 which was lovely...a view of the Harbour...very clean and beautifully furnished. The artwork throughout is amazing. A beautiful home away from home....right in the heart of St. John's...very highly recommended!
