I needed my suit repaired urgently and thankfully Nayyer was incredibly helpful and quick—but made it look like she took her time. Very welcoming and attentive, and a great finished product. Will be back for sure. I recommend to all!

I love my tailor! She’s amazing, super responsive and helpful. I’ve had several items tailored here - ranging from bikini to jeans, and she’s always done a great job. She’ll make adjustments too if you’re not 100% happy. Would recommend!

Hands down the best tailor in town. I had an issue with my suit jacket where the lapel was popping because I had put in some muscle in the chest and shoulders. Reading about this particular fitting issue online, it seemed like quite a risky / complex job for a tailor to tackle.I contacted two highly reputable tailors in Vancouver and they would not attempt to try. I luckily stumbled across Souzan Chi tailoring. Not only did they do a perfect job and saved the jacket. They charged a fair price and were incredibly reassuring the whole way through the fitting process. They have a customer in me for life! Can’t recommend them enough.

Went to Souzan Chi Tailoring & Alterations based on the reviews and I was not disappointed! She did amazing work on my three-layered tulle wedding guest dress, altered perfectly to what was requested and delivered right on time! I love it so much, thank you! Very fair price and excellent service over all - would highly recommend. Will be coming back for more alterations!

Fantastic work! I've had a few shorts hemmed from here so far and they're quick and friendly. Having them minutes from my apartment is a definite plus and prices are reasonable.Update: It's been about 7 months and I've been coming here for everything needed. I cannot recommend her work enough, you won't find a better tailor in Vancouver nor one who's as attentive and friendly. Both my partner and I have been very happy!

I have never had a dress shirt fit me that well before. I should have tried to get them altered way earlier. Very happy with Souzan Chi, they were so nice, easy to work with and answered my questions clearly. Will definitely get their services again, possibly to get a suit made at their Robson location.

I love this tailor because I live right beside it. I have come here to get my dress suit pants fixed after a few holes showed up by the pockets and the tailoring has stood the test of time.I also came here to get my suit I purchased that was a bit ill-fitting tailored but it did cost quite a bit (over 200$) for tailoring the suit jacket arms and waist and pants. But they did an excellent job and the suit fits me perfectly. Although I would say it might be cheaper to buy a suit from somewhere that will tailor for free because I found I ended up spending more on tailoring than I had anticipated.

Wow - so impressed with the “seamless” & beautiful work on my long silk dress purchased in Lahaina that was not an easy customization. Customer service outstanding & I so appreciate that they were able to work with me in a short timeline. 10 out of 10!
