They double dip in the wax after applying it to my skin with the same dipstick, after I told them not to do that the second I looked away from the pot they did it agin against my request, and I'm certain the wax was not new because there was two people that walk out right before I walked in and they got started immediately already hot wax, very disappointed really did love this place and the workers just extremely disappointed on the sanitary conditions

The lady was very nice but honestly my lashes did not look any different after a lift + tint and it made me pretty sad lol. She took a before pic and no after sooo..

Got my brows laminated today and the lady told me it was really hard, after I payed she told me to wash them in 5 hours, once I got home I looked up online after care instructions as none were given to me and every other place says 24 hours, left me thinking she had little experience

I had a brow lamination, tint and shaping done here which was okay. It didn’t last very long but the result was nice while it lasted. I also had a Brazilian wax, I highly recommend not to go here for a Brazilian. During the waxing the lady told me she was nervous, which didn’t give me a lot of confidence in her ability. The wax was very hot and burning sometimes and warm other times telling me the burner used is low quality and she didn’t mix it properly. While she was pulling the wax strips the strip sometimes wouldn’t fully come off the skin when she pulled to which she apologized multiple times, seemed like maybe the wrong technique was being used. When I got home I noticed I had skin tearing, very bad bruising and two days later some of my skin began flaking and peeling off. All in all it was the worst waxing experience I’ve had.

It is my favourite place to go for threading. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Suggest you good home remedies to according to your skin type to help get rid of acne or blackheads as well as hair growth and shinny hair

I got my eyelashes lifted and tinted at this location and it was an awful experience. My eyelashes were crusty and straighter than they were when I came in. When I asked for a refund on the failed service they offered to give me another service which I declined based on the previous job they had done so instead I used the credit I had left buying their products as they would not provide a refund for their botched job. However I appreciate them trying to rectify the situation, I am still left feeling ripped off.

I got my eyebrows threaded and a chin and sideburn wax. The lady who did it for me was very slow in threading which made it all the more painful (I could every single hair being pulled out at an excruciatingly slow rate). For the waxing, she didn't pull off the strips properly and did it slow as well which made the wax stick more to my face. In the end, I got the results I wanted, however, I wouldn't use their services again because of the lack of professionalism. She complained about how long the hair on my face was and laughed at me when she showed me how much hair she waxed off. On top of that, she complained about it to her coworker in Punjabi but I knew what they were saying about me. She could've cut off some of the hair to make it easier to wax but she didn't do that in the beginning (she eventually did near the end). As someone who is certified to do hair removal or works in a service involving hair removal, you should be making your client comfortable enough and treat them with respect. I have been to quite a few hair removal places and none of those people made fun of my hair and were professional. It's literally your job to remove hair so why are you complaining about it? You chose to work in this service for a reason and you will come across some people who have more hair than others. Definitely not going to seek their services again.
