Formosa Tea Cafe - Harvey Location (Bubble Tea)
Very delicious bubble teas. I got a peach & lychee with double sweetness and tapioca. Very friendly staff and loved that they accommodated my double sweetness request. Would highly recommend this place. Also found out it was the first bubble tea joint in Kelowna! The interiors are cute if you want to sit down and they actually have a lot of seating. Easy parking outside too.

Their bubble tea’s are the best in Kelowna! While a bit pricey… I believe the quality is absolutely worth the expense !!!

I can't say enough positive things about Formosa (both locations)! The service is always friendly and efficient. The drinks and snacks have never disappointed, and there is a wode variety of warm and cold options to cater to every taste! Great space to work/study too.

This is probably the best and the only good bubble tea I will ever have! I love how neat and clean it is inside and lots of tables to sit. great huge selection of choices for bubble tea, love how kind the workers are and how polite and patient the are around customers.I also wonder why this place has better tapioca pearls than anywhere else! Personally used to hate tapioca pearls till I came here, I asked for some and I loved them so much! they're so sweet and chewy and not hard! I will try to come here now once a week!

Amazing place! The best tea we had in BC and the best Boba quality, texture and freshness. They had mango stars which happen to be my favourite topping so maybe I’m bias, but their peach green tea was to die for. I crave it every day.

Bubble tea quality is decent on the lower side about quality if you have ever been to Asia or big cities like Vancouver, which was no longer an option when you relocate to Kelowna. Have been trying this locations few times, but it was one of most powdered and watery tasted bubble tea i have tried, apart from Chat time (which was even worse than Formosa)

The ambience was alright. The annoying thing was that they kept playing the same 5 songs over and over. They have a great variety of drink choices - very customisable!! Although they messed up my drink order, they did their best to fix it. The egg croissant was good. The vegan brownie was the best part - and it was cheap as well!!!

The employees were friendly and diligent when taking our order, and the dessert and ferrero rocher drink we tried was delicious. I thought the drink was perfectly sweetened and the chocolate desserts are very rich so they're excellent for chocolate lovers. The store itself was super cozy to hang out in, with the cute paintings and the soft music it was relaxing!
