I love the smartphone features of our Alarm Max system. It does what is supposed to do. I would recommend Alarm Max if anybody needed a security system, overall I'm extremely happy with our service. I also loved how promptly and quickly Alarm Max came to my house. They had a technician in our area. He made sure of what we needed and it all got installed.

Alarm Max requires a 30-day cancellation notice for their services which they fail to give reasons as to why it is necessary. Alarm Max didn't send anyone over for clean-up or resetting of hardware; there appeared to be no work on their end that required 30 extra days of payment.If you missed notifying them, they will simply incessantly quote the paragraph on their contract saying they require such notice. Afterwards, you receive a bill for an extra 30 days of Alarm Max providing zero service, with a reminder that they'll refer it to a collection agency if necessary.

Everything was perfect when I signed with Alarm Max. The installer was very nice and patient. He wasn't rushing and made sure everything was right. Also, I like the security system. I'm also thinking about having my cameras set up in the front.
