Our bus broke down during a Rocky Mountains Tour with 22 teenagers on our way back to Squamish! Although they didn’t have the parts in stock given the age of the bus, Nick in the auto parts department was amazing! I bet he could tell how frantic I was after legging it up the hill from Aberdeen Mall. He called around to other stores and then helped call a tow truck and arrange a same day appointment at the dealership! He saved us a lot of trouble and we got to continue our tour on our own bus within 3.5hours because of him!Amazing customer service and definitely going the extra mile!

I hate shopping but I truly enjoy shopping here! They always have what I need and their prices are very competitive. Customer service is decent so all in all I definitely recommend them.

Everytime I come to this store I leave upset. Once was a staff member telling my 3 year old that he needed a good spanking" because he was crying. Then this same associate comes up to cash and tells me I need to leave if my child is crying. Wagging her finger in my child's face. All while I'm waiting for another associate to bring the BBQ that I bought. Another time I come to pick up an online order which had the wrong products (I ordered a label maker and labels then recieved a paper shredder and labels) then I spent 35 minute waiting to return it all because I don't need labels for a label maker I didn't receive. The last time I went in

I ordered Rims and Tires. Went on first appointment at 830 in morning. Took them more than 5hr to put on my car, payed over 2k. After 5hr when I went to pickup, found they put wrong rims. Instead of swapping back to my original rims. I was told to drive with wrong rims until they get the correct rims.while driving 1 rim got scratch. Then I went for the 2nd appointment after 2 weeks. I waited 1hr and then I got to know manager is not here so we can't put the correct rim on. Now again I have to go after 10days to get the correct rims on. It's just frustrating. Will update what will happens at 3rd appointment.

Good, clean store. They've packed a lot into this store so the aisles are narrow and you can feel a bit boxed in. Nonetheless, the staff were great and very helpful and the location is easy to access. Highly recommend their new rewards program by the way... Got everything that I needed to pick up. There is ample parking here and an electric charging station as well.

This will be the last time I buy any vacuums from Canadian tire I will be going to Best Buy who has replacement. Purchased a vacuum that stopped spinning in 4 months. Told me I have to purchase again with them no money back but no vacuum in store sorry. Stuck with a gift card for 225 I probably won’t use no vacuums similar in stock. Her response was maybe eventually something will come in.

Nice size location and friendly staff. Unfortunately the pantry I showed up to buy was sold out and backorder for 9months. Did find a nice fireplace at a reasonable price. The quality seems decent so far.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They were SO happy that I brought my dog with me too. We had a great visit and felt valued!
