I went to for baby registry. Employees are so helpful and friendly. Mariana helped me a lot for register. She is so kind and nice and explained about baby stuff very well. Not busy and good for feel free to shopping.

Good location in the dufferin mall. Associates were helpful, lots of options. A bit more expensive than other stores but better variety here.

Staff at this location is excellent at helping customers, specially CYRILLENE helped me with two of my online orders, one which was stuck for 10 days, another order which was not resolved by Online Chat available on Babies ”R”Us Canada website. Staff like her increases the brand value by good customer service. Thank you CYRILLENE.
