Enterprise Truck Rental

This review is a bit late, but I wanted to leave a review for this Enterprise location. A month ago my husband and I booked a truck to move a large portion of our belongings to a new house.-Dave gave us a great rate (WAY better than other truck rental places) and was pleasant every time we talked with him. This on it's own was such a relief since everything else about the move had been more expensive than we expected.-The truck worked great and Dave helped to make sure we knew how to use it and gave us some tips.-We weren't able to park our car at the pick-up location because of issues with our vehicle, and Dave was nice enough to drive us back to our apartment which saved us about $30 in cab fees.I'm removing 1 star because of 2 reasons, neither of which have to do directly with the service.-The truck had a leak between the container and the drivers area, which unfortunately let rain into the truck and damaged some of our items (unfortunately for us, our books were at the front). Not many items were damaged, and we did tell the employee when we returned the truck about the leak. So maybe infrequent checks for this type of thing would be helpful.-At the time it was definitely hard to get a hold of someone on the phone, and there was no answering machine. We got a flat tire that day, and it took at least a half hour of calling before we were able to tell them we would be late and why. It may be good to get some sort of call forwarding for the office phone to a cell phone, or to just get an answering machine.Overall if we were still in the area, we would go back in a heartbeat if we needed a truck =).

Staff fantastic prices are great better than uhaul

I rented a cube van with full insurance, you wouldn't believe but a guy in a company truck tried to go from the left lane across my right lane to overtake my position and I T-boned him!! He really pulled the stupidest move I have ever seen! Enterprise was professional and fast at a resolution and being the idiots company filed their claim, as it was the dingbats fault, the experience cost me nothing!! Enterprise took care of everything! I will always use Enterprise but remember folks the extra cost for full insurance coverage is just peace of mind!!

David Janzen the manager for this truck rental location helped me not once but twice . He first helped me get a brand new truck to rent and second he gave me boost to jump start my dead car as it was park there for 2 days , I highly recommend this location and thank you David for your great support and help:)

Preet saved the day for my wife and I this weekend! After having a van rental at a competing company cancelled at the last minute, Preet was able to get us a cargo van the day of and saved all of our moving plans! Absolutely fantastic experience! Aside from the excellent rate, the level of service provided by Tyler was “Best in class”. For these reasons, I’d never think of going elsewhere next time I need a larger vehicle! Highly recommend this experience for other!

Excellent staff!!! They made it very easy for me to be on my way! I talked to the actual store not somebody at a remote location and I got precise and simple information. Everything was ready when I got there and I was in my way within minutes! Price was great too!!!
