Absolutely terrible. We came early for our ship heading to Victoria. Everyone started boarding and everything seemed fine. All of a sudden they stopped and the ship left without us. There was no announcements telling people that the ship was loaded leaving everyone confused. We were left waiting for 4 hours. Ended up being around 7 hours late by the time we got to our destination.

A majestic sail through active pass. View several BC gulf islands, marine life and beautiful coastal scenery. Reservations strongly suggested as they tend to book up fast. On board cafeteria and gift shop.

The bc ferry's workers are kind.But the female who works the cafe named arbutus in the ferry is terrible.And the hot chocolate, too.The hot chocolate is the worst I've ever in whole on my life.Of course, yes, It's hot.But was it choclate? Well.It taste likes water.She didn't say how much is and didn't ask for the receipt. Was she busy? No. ONLY ME.The cafe give me the Starbucks cup and that written 'We proudly serve', I CAN NOT UNDERSTAND THIS WORD.

This is a very efficient ferry terminal. You can shop and eat at the terminal, while waiting for your ferry. Washrooms on terminal, and lots on the ferry too.

Welcome to BC ferries , where paying through the nose will get you forced onto the upper decks (staying in your own vehicle apparently breaks the rules!) only to be welcomed by a non-stop bombardment of loud announcements of every person on the ferry who is waitlisted for the buffet and their “reservations” being ready. If you like having your auditory senses exploited while paying through the roof, get on the BC ferry today!

Ferry was on schedule. Took in the Pacific Buffet on board. Well worth the money, especially, when compared to the menus offered on the other main routes. Come on BCF, get with it an offer the same service on all Mainland/Vancouver Island crossings. I would be a patron each time.
