Masters Flooring is contracted by the management of the apartment complex that I live in. April 18,2017 an installer installed the carpet. Loose carpet shreds were left EVERYWHERE, even scraps of carpet were left behind closed closet doors. Doorways where moulding is used to seal down the cut carpet were not properly tucked under. The company finally returned 2 weeks ago to finish the job properly. Loose grass was scattered around the apt. as the employee traipsed around entire new carpet. Then the employee used the bathroom, walking over the carpet that is so far out of the moulding that the bathroom door doesn't completely close. It's June 16, 2017 and the bathroom doorway moulding still incomplete. Personally I would say: Not efficient or professional because when I contacted them, they made promises that they didn't keep. Would HIGHLY not recommend.
