Dr. Stephanie Satz

Since my son was born in 2015 I had complained constantly of burning in my stomach.....took 5 years to get Dr Satz to order the tests to find i had a 15% functioning Gallbladder which needed emergerncy removal, just days into the pandemic when they first started canceling surgies, mine wasn't due to how emergent it was. She kept telling me there's nothing wrong, it was all in my head. Still complained of burning on the left side after the surgery, other symptoms which could be my pancreas or gallstones (can still get them even without a gallbladder). Pancreatic problems arent uncommon in people who've had their Gallbladder removed. No further scans, no follow up scans. Had no choice but to fire them as my quality of life as forever been changed due to negligence.

My 92 year old mother that has heart issues had called for appointments to get prescription refills and can never get through . She leaves a message and doesn’t hear back . Family has called for her as well with the same results. The pharmacy that deals with my moms meds had to send a fax saying to please contact family regarding patient appointment for refills , we received a call immediately. Dr Satz , Kim the NP are negligent in their practice and the receptionist are just as bad . I work on the medical field and this kind of practice won’t be tolerated in my area of care. No concern, no compassion, but I bet she bills for phone visits which I may add my mom had and she waited 8 hrs and received no call , this happened to 2 other seniors that both needed to see her for the same , both waited by the phone and no call . Only until the son called and threatened to go to the board did she get a call. Dr.Satz you get a big fat zero on a scale of 10

Really enjoy Dr. Satz and my daughters both respond well to her but it is impossible to get a hold of the office. One day I called 5-6 times before I go through. I’m not sure why this happens but it feels as if no one answers the phone. What’s any use of a good doctor if you cannot get a hold of them to book an appointment.

Best family doctor I've had. Very patient and listens, doesn't rush you and very thorough as well. I have a busy schedule and sometimes tend to neglect myself and she shows genuine concern for my well being. Also, her staff is probably one of the best out there, very polite and helpful.

Love Dr Satz. She listens to you and just has a heart of gold. She is the best family doctor I have ever had.

I've only had 2 other family doctors besides Dr Statz & she's the best one yet. She's very caring , doesn't rush you out, actually talks to her patients , explains things so that you'll understand & a great listener.I've always told my old doctor the issues I was having & she never cared but second time seeing Dr Statz she figured out what was wrong with a simple blood test , she did the same for my daughter. I'm so glad she's our doctor. the best one in the city ! She's definitely not just there for the money like most doctors, she actually wants to help!

If you have mental health issues do not recommend this doctor. Her receptionists are very rude. I have had bad experiences with several of the receptionists. Constantly rushed, the wait time is always over an hour. I was dropped as a patient with no explanation when I cannot be without my prescriptions. Very unprofessional. I have also seen other patients not being treated well during the pandemic. I could not believe how rude the women working in the pharmacy were to this elderly man. One of the worst clinics in the city.

Got my first appointment scheduled 4 weeks after I submit my new patient registration form". Waiting 4 weeks is fine because I understand they get busy with too many applications. But I waited ONE HOUR to see the doctor before I asked the receptionist to reschedule as I had to go to work

I've been going to Dr Satz for 8 years now. Yes, it can be a long wait to see her even if you have an appointment. But that's because she really takes her time with her patients during a visit. She listens and will do her best for you.

Love Dr. Satz and her staff! Extremely professional, compassionate and helpful in all ways. She is the best doctor we have ever had as our family physician!
