I've been eating here since they opened. Their food quality and portions were fantastic years ago, but slowly started getting worst. Today i ordered a chicken shawarma plate, the chicken was so hard it nearly chipped a tooth. I'm sorry guys i supported you for a long time but this is just unacceptable.

Like others, I've been going to Villa Madina for several years. However, the last three meals I bought throughout this year was of significantly lower quality than what I was used to. It used to be consistently good hence I kept returning. The last three meals I always get the same thing: chicken shawarma plate. The portion size has gone down, the chicken is drier and less flavourful.The price obviously gone up over time but is no longer justified when the quality isn't consistent. My last straw for this place after hoping past experience was just a fluke, was this week. The potatoes used to be much larger. I was given 4 small pieces and then a half spoonful of hummus with it. It used to be a large tablespoon of hummus and lots of garlic. I'm not going back. They are going to open a new location in Sackville and I am betting the quality will be better there.

Usually alway live this place when dining in, place an order for delivery today. Gave me no pickles which I requested and tons of turnip which I did not want, wrong side salad and to top it off in the tiny bit of chicken they did give me I ate only to find a bone piece in one … not sure how that is the case when I’m person I always see them take meat of rotating skewer. Completely unhappy and waste of money, tried to call and of course no one answers. DO BETTER

Update: horrible female no longer employed. All is again right with the wonderful yummies and pleasant staff!Worst service - short female - refused to sell the chicken shawarma - said it was for delivery orders only.So?? Not for paying customers at the counter??Epic fail.

I didn’t go here for years, as I usually went to another place in the food court, but my friend suggested here and I’m hooked! I like meat as much as the next guy, but have never had it here - the non-meat options are that good! It seems a little pricey, but the amount of food that you get makes it a good value. If you can pull yourself away from the burgers and Chinese give it a try.

Quality has unfortunately gone down over the past couple of year. Chicken has changed dramatically and is super dry and under seasoned which was disappointing. Garlic sauce is great, had to ask for turnip and pickles for my shawarma plate. It's a healthier option than most places within the food court which is nice,however I miss the previous quality of food I used to receive here.

I always heard great things about this place, so I tried it twice and each experience was bad. The portions are very small for what you pay, and after eating a couple bites of rice I realized it was sour. Unable to finish my meal. I noticed later that the person who served me was constantly coughing and didn’t have a mask on. I know that masks are not mandatory but personally I think if a server is unwell call in or at least war a mask so your not coughing on the food. Unfortunately she also used the same gloves she was cleaning with to make the customer food. Cross contamination! Unsure if it was the server, the food or something else, but ironically I woke up extremely sick, and I’m not one to get sick. Lastly both times I was there the staff came across as rude and acted like they didn’t want to take my order. Please know that their unfriendly approach was not just towards me, but as well as other customers in line as well. I’m sorry if this post comes across as harsh but I feel like the manager should know about the customer service and hygiene of the employees. Hopefully improves can be made.
