They are ALWAYS late and almost impossible to get a hold of. The people in charge have no business experience at all unfortunately. Matt the supervisor is not a competent person.

Great experience. The truck operator Damian was very professional and a pleasure to coordinate with.

Good quality concrete at a fair price. Truck showed up on time and they will deal with smaller residential projects. Some companies only deliver in the afternoon which means you could be getting the extras from larger morning jobs, not the case with these guys.

As a concrete pump op I am forced to tell the truth. I personal don't need to place order, but have to work hand and hand with this unorganization on a daily basis. To give you a idea of how late and professional these guys are, we placed a order for concrete to come at 1pm and received it at 4pm. Tuesday we place a order for concrete to come at 12pm and received it at 2pm. They are incapable of being on time and when they do arrive they show up with concrete balls the size of beach ball because the only dry batch their loads.The only reason I am giving them a 1 star and not less it's because they actually have good people driving them. They're drivers are the saving grace of the company and their owner should try to treat them with more respect and appreciation

Metrix Ready Mix was pouring cement at the house next door, they splattered cement on my car and it did not come off in the car wash. We have called them several times and they will not call back.Update...5 days later, still calling and emailshave been sent and they are still not calling me back. I was told I should not park so close to the cement truck in a construction zone. ......I was in my driveway !! I am being told by the receptionist to buy compound and special sponges and to fix it myself.Update 9 days later, they have offered me $200.00 which is an insult and does not cover the damages. They are ignorant to deal with and I will have to contact the media or take them to court. Stay away from Metrix !!

One of their trucks didn't see me and changed Lanes into my car on Lakeshore, running me off the road, scratching my door and breaking my mirror casing a month ago. The driver told me to call Nick at the front desk and they would take care of the damages. As it was a company, not an individual, I thought this would be okay. I was a bit shaken as a cement truck just ran me off the road and let the driver go without taking licence and registration info as he said Metrix would take care of the damage if I called them.I called and spoke to Nick (and anyone else who picked up the phone eventually). They took a message. I called back, left another message. I called back day three and they told me to try a later date. Then when I called at the later Date, they told me it's too late to report an accident. I've called and asked to speak to an owner or manager multiple times after explaining my situation to whomever is attending the phone. They won't reply, they won't let me talk to anyone. They won't give me a number of anyone I can talk to in the organization and nobody is calling me back. It's obvious to me that I've been cheated. I've been scammed. To save a few hundred dollars.My car maybe has maybe $300 damage. I saved them an insurance claim. They should be thanking me, sending me fruitcake for Christmas. Don't shake hands with Metrix. Ensure whatever they are doing is in the contracts. I don't think this is an individual I'mhaving issues with, it appears that the organization isn't honest as a quality of the culture.I'm very disappointed.
