Staff needs training: The staff who took my order seemed unfamiliar with the menu. I had to say my order several times in both English and French as she stared at the menu blankly. Even after I pointed at it, it took her several times to get it right. I saw them make the crepes fresh so it was disappointing to bite into a cold crepe. They worked very slowly and inefficiently that by the time they finished plating and putting on toppings, the crepes already cooled.I ordered a sucre citron crepe. The sugar was sprinkled unevenly, as a result I would bite into pockets of sugar granules. Not only was it overly sweet, it interfered greatly with the texture of the crepe. The lemon flavour was also lacking.

Delicious crepes. Worth a visit if you are in the mood for authentic french crepes.We had nutella (obvious choice for our kids), complete and fruits ( mostly berries) - all are very tasty.I would knock of 1 star for coffee, but crepes easily deserve 6 stars so my rating is still mathematically correct))and it’s not an Italian place after all )

Had dessert for the first time @ Le Central; I had the crepe with apples and salty caramel, delicious. One of the best in Montreal! Loved the presentation and great service too!!Had the apple caramel crepe, delicious!

This place service the best crepes I have ever had. And the person who cooks it does an amazing job. They are jammed packed with fruit which is a plus. I also recommend there coffee. To dye for.

Great crepes and friendly service in an energetic, upbeat environment. Recommend this place for crepes on their own or after dinner at one of the other establishments in the eatery. Served at its own pace, don’t come if you’re in a rush, but if you want to enjoy a great crepe with good company.

Customer service: poor- the cashier did not know the menu, and acted surprise when we tried to point at the crepe we would like to order, since saying the order in both English and French did not make sense to her.Crepes: mediocre- not worth the price. The crepes came out cold and the service was very slow.

It was a bit surprising that the creperie was inside a food hall, which made the experience a bit less charming. It was pretty cold inside. The crepes were good though, especially the one with goat cheese and caramel. The cider was proper as well even though it was left for a bit too long open.
