Awful experience at bell, the lady was rude and unfriendly. I needed her to explain the phone plan multiple times as she did not speak French or English very well. However she declined and said I've already explained earlier. Worst bell store I've been to.

Today with Brahim was excellent could not ask for better service he always goes way beyond what is required you are lucky to have him as your employee. As for the rest of my story that has been going on since Nov 27/2022 I will be writting another letter directly to CEO thank you again Brahim.

They got my name, my gender, my plan, and my address wrong. They picked a random address. What even is that about?Response to Owner; It would be really helpful if 3 credit checks hadn't been done on a service that wasn't even a contract, crashing my credit rating that had nothing wrong with it.

Customer service when exploring phone plans and upgrades were awful.The sales representative did not lead with any options or explain the plans and basically had to pull the information for myself. If I didn't have a corporate plan with them across several phones I would have switched providers on the spot.

Went in to bundle all our services, and get a new number on an existing phone.We ended up with 3 different Bell accounts (and bills) for 4 services (TV, internet, 2 cell phones) and obviously no bundled discounts, or the month free as promised.I wasn’t even added as a primary account holder (so I couldn’t even make changes to any of the services, or bundle them) but all invoices were going to my email.A representative at another store, and the few representatives we had to deal with over the phone, were all a wonderful mix of shocked, angered, and slightly amused as to how bad our accounts were set up.I won’t be back to this location.

Very good service, and knowledgeable staff. You pay a bit more per month on your bill, but overall it is worth it to have peace of mind.

The name of the store representative who was serving me is Nelli. She was a poor sales consultant and provided a terrible customer service experience. I was not at all satisfied with her knowledge and expertise, nor was she attentive to my needs. She made an unauthorized transaction without my consent and then was unable to reverse the transaction and give me back my original rate plan (I had to call Bell customer service and they rectified her error). She couldn't price match the rate plan in the store with the promotional offer on the Bell website and then berated me for coming into the store when I could get the same offer online. Moreover, she was very rude, hostile, and unprofessional. Overall, a terrible customer service experience with Nelli at store BC787 (Bell Les Promenades Gatineau).
