Recently I purchased BMW from Quebec location I was dealing with Mr. Julien Dubois I can tell you the customer service I received is beyond excellent Mr. Dubois very professional, knowledgeable about his work he always have an answer to my questions in a timely matter very efficient and professional, the transaction went very smoothly any time I called Mr. Dubois answers my calls I bought the car online from Ottawa I didn’t see it or drive it, the delivery was on time the car arrived as I saw online I am very happy with the purchased and the excellent customer service I received from this location. I will recommend the Quebec location if you are planning on purchasing a BMW I will recommend Mr. Julien Dubois very professional you will love his service.

This is an honest review, I bought a car from this dealership, I have been around and this is by far the most amazing kind group of people I have ever dealt with. and it was not just one or two people. From the manager David to the Sales Rep Harold, Patrick who took care of me the entire time to ensure everything was 100%. Then the friendly chats with the sales team on the floor to the kind receptionist and Parts counter. I mean it's was just unbelievable service. The only sad part is I live far away from this dealership. So I will have to make a yearly trip to Quebec City to service my car there and I will! And for sure I will be back to buy the 2024 m2 in a few years.

The numbers on my Conditional Sales Agreement do not match the numbers on my Offer to Finance. When I began asking questions, I was dimissed and told everything was fine. When I asked for a detailed breakdown of my transaction, I was told to relax, and that if I was unhappy I could return the car. The dealership was untransparent, rude, dismissive and dishonest. Take your business elsewhere!I'm sure they will respond saying they sent me everything, and they'll probably suggest that I was rude. Because that's how this transaction has gone. I've asked for information, been told I already received it, and then been told that I was overreacting to being overcharged for my BMW.

Coming from Montreal, it was worth it to buy the car in Quebec City. I had a great experience with William and will definitely recommend him to everyone. I do have some advice to give:- He asked me 4 times in a span of a week what type of wheels my trade-in BMW had. I get that it's busy since this is during Covid-19, and you are short staffed. However, the answer didn't change each time; might be best to write it down the first time- I suggest to look at the vehicle the client is buying before they arrive to make sure it's ready to go. My 3 series was missing the car mats, the winter tires that were included in the sale, and the tow eye cap at the front. They made sure I left with everything I was missing (except for the tires. However, as an exception, they shipped them the next day to my home making sure I got what was promised in the deal).This still does not change the 5-star review they deserve. It was easy communicating with William either by phone, text or email (including over the weekend). I got taken seriously as a client too (being a woman...). And although people will complain saying visiting a dealer in Quebec City is far from Montreal, I got to drive my X5 for the last time and leave with my 3 series and get to really test it out, and it was worth it! We definitely plan on doing business with BMW Ville de Québec again.

Very independent dealer with slow replies and rookie tactics trying to make you leave higher deposit to secure allocation. Try other dealers who value clients instead of bush league strategies. Canbec and West Island are much better service oriented dealerships. Montreal dealers don’t even ask for deposit.

After several calls with many dealers across Quebec, I made up my mind and decided to deal with BMW Ville de Québec. Working with Mael was an absolute pleasure! She is extremely patient, I never felt pressured to make a decision, and most importantly, a professional - who knows the car business inside and out. Just had two beautiful brand new BMWs delivered to my house. The buying process of my BMWs took about three months. 6 star pre sale service.Alan answered all my questions within seconds.He replied even on the weekend and came on a vacation day to close the deal as it was my only day available to travel from Montreal.It was a pleasure to deal with him and the whole team.Strongly recommended.
